I’m pretty sure the laser does way more damage than 500. I’m pretty sure you got the results of 500 because the robotic overseer had a 500 damage limit so the max damage you could do with the laser was 500

Budget recon is easy - get 2 1-2 businessmen on the bend - get 2 2-3 recon bases and your done (on auto of course) Overload is much, much harder (its kinda rng based). - get a 2-4 recon base - rush 5 0-4 mechanics at the second bend (all in the same place) - get 2 more 2-4 recon bases - spam 0-4 elites and use the ability on boltmaster constantly
the elf camp is similar to the recon base but I think tds stole the concept of the recon base having to spawn different stuff.I think tds did not copy the recon base
If there was a "Tower Blitz but Nostalgia" game I would definitely play it because I'll never play the new tower blitz. I feel like tower blitz is gonna get completely revamped like changing to a new game or cleaning up everyone's progress

Actually it was her/he fault the laser cannon does 2700 damage also checked robotic overseer wiki he only has 4 defense
