There's a current stalling problem! When am applying 100% throttle for more than suppose 20sec, the motors stop rotating. And then when i come from 100% to 99%, they start rotating again, what solution do you suggest?

I have put an output volt of 5.01 in my XL4015 Buck Module. All setups were done. Then I connected the whole circuit to Lipo battery of 2200mah to check the movement. But nothing moved , also the VCC connected wire melted. Can u please say where is the problem? Is it the Output volt or wire?
