Respectfully, No. There's no such thing as "best and beautiful sound in the world". Having a good voice isn't anyway related to nationality. There are people like Brendon Urie, MJ, Dimash, Bruno Mars etc who're just as good as Zayn. And many of the above mentioned people are better onstage performers than Zayn. I'm a Zayn fan, he has a crazy vocal range and is mad talented but that had nothing to do with him being ethnically half-Pakistani.
