- Improv jam on the Digitakt, sending midi to the Erebus v3. Using the Digitakt for sampled drums and the Erebus for analog bass.
I’ve done a video for this combination already but I don’t care these two go great together & the Erebus bass sounds so fucking fat. I don’t apologise.

That 2-step bass beat you made is sub-genius. 🔥🔥🤘😉🤘🔥🔥
The start of that made me feel like I was in space
Love the socks and sandals!
Thanks man 😅
Fabulous!

Arg... just when I had gotten over the itch to go buy an Erebus! This is awesome!
Zsa Zsa Roboto cheers dude, great sounding synth!
What a sick combo. The bass is sweet- old school vibes.
Appreciate you having a listen mate
Seriously dope shit, dude. Way sick. Had me dancing like I was at a rave ten years ago. Good vibes.

Really great work on the Erebus, especially the live patching :) Subbed, gonna check other stuff on your channel as well
KLON appreciate that dude, thanks for sub :)
that kick thoooo
N.91 hits hard 💪🏼
Great sound and beats, sometimes less is more, it lets the individual elements shine on their own merits. Subbed.
Well said mate, when each instrument sounds good on its own there is no need for clutter!
Strumenti belli per chi non sa suonare una nota, bravo!
grazie amico mio
Quite cool!
This feels a bit more trip-hoppy...
I love the Erebus, but could you tell me what are the modulation options? Unless i'm mistaken, it looks like you can't send the filter freq to the LFO.
scott_909 there are lots of modulation options in the patch bay. the LFO can be patched to most of the front panel parameters ie cutoff, reso, env, echo, PWM etc. As well as this, OSC3 and the cycling filter envelope can be used as modulation sources. So essentially that’s up to 3 LFOs that can be patched to various parameters. Really all you need is a couple of patch cables
PercBoi 3000 thanks for the response. It sounds great. Do you find it a limitation only having two waveform options on the LFO?
scott_909 not really tbh, sometimes I would patch into my modular system to get more rhythmic LFOs steps (eg clep diaz) but generally I don’t feel limited by the shapes
This is sick dude. Im trying to midi my digitakt and digitone which seems to work but i dont know how to go from the tone to my erebus? Any idea how to daisy chain them?
I basically have a keystep 37 -> digitakt (brain)-> tone -> erebus.
Thanks for any help anyone might be able to give
Thanks 🙏🏼 Yes mate you should be able to chain midi out of digitakt > in digitone > thru digitone > in erebus.
You might have to change the midi port & sync settings on the digitone to enable midi thru to the erebus
@@percboi3000 thanks a lot g im going to try this right now. Keep up the good shit with your music. Appreciate your time and response
@@boombap08 ur welcome bro thanks for listening 🙏🏼
Gooood job! Interested in digitakt and searching for digitakt plus external synths... so the melody is programmed on digitakt and giving it to the erebus via midi right? And the audio from erebus is going back into digitakt and the loops are processed there again?! Sorry, i‘m curious! :)
Yes that’s all correct except that the audio is not processed in loops, I have the audio from Erebus coming into the Digitakt and on the record page I have ‘monitoring’ set to ‘on’ so that the incoming signal can always be heard. No need to be sorry, happy to help.
@@percboi3000 ok sure, i didn't mean loops in its specific term. i guess i get what you mean. i still have to check more vids and reviews... :) thanks again!
