- Marvel Studios MCU Phase 5 & 6 Movie Slate Update 2024 - 2027. Marvel Studios has recently pushed back a lot of movies, restructuring the release schedules for Phase 5 and 6 of the MCU. Bob Iger recently mentioned they also canceled some recent projects as well. Here's an updated MCU phase 5 and 6 movie schedule with the next 7 movies coming from Marvel Studios that they have confirmed and have release dates for. Many movies are rumored to be coming and we will update once Marvel Studios releases their release dates.

Wow! Really needed this. With all the cancellation rumours going around, I was waiting for this to happen. Also Warren, I know it is too early but do you have any information on the runtime of Deadpool 3? I think even runtimes can make people more hyped for it than ever!

Nothing is official it is in disney official marvel movies slate and it is supposed to come in 2026 -2027
That’s just conjecture on his part. Anything that got announced and doesn’t have a release date people are going speculate is this one of the projects Iger was talking about
I was also looking forward on seeing Armor Wars, Rhodey’s a really interesting perspective when it comes to the MCU.

I think removing Armor wars would be a bad move. That movie has so much potential if written correctly.
I think Avengers 5 should be called Time Runs Out like in the comics. Plus, I still have hope for the Blade film, Armor Wars, Fantastic Four, Shang Chi 2, Doctor Strange 3, and possibly, a Solo Hulk film.
Fingers crossed 🤞🤞 for Phase 5 and Phase 6.
I truly believe this phase will be better than Thanos the story is much deeper

Man, time flies, i remembered watching these mcu updates and the release dates were 2024 and 2025 for kang dynasty and secret wars... I was thinking like wow it's so far yet here we are now it's 2024 and the movies are pushed back for another year/years but i hope it's for the good 🎉

I hope they do a Shang chi twi that was probably one of the most rewatchable movies marvel has made.
I am hoping these changes are beneficial and create quality. At this point, that's all that matters. It's not retelling the story. Most people don't know the original storry, so retelling it isn't bad as long as there is quality.

Looks like the lineup will look very different the next time we get an official panel showing the slate for the future.
Blade needs a Wesley Snipes variant and Ryan Reynalds character from the original Blade alongside Deadpool 😮
If Blade was to be released November next year they would have to have started filming by now which btw is a thing they haven't even done it yet. So I'm quite sure Blade will be moved to sometime in 2026. But sure prove me wrong.
