Its not only bank interest.
Its also investing in stock market or mutual funds (which is also investing in stock market), which is not sood.
Waisay, by the wall all property dealers have started saying that bank interest is sood, not knowing that majority money is in mutual funds and in not fix deposits etc.
So, it is very difficult to convince people to come back to property investment.
