Hanging Czech reference from Witcher devs hints probably to that Polish guy whom the locals are trying to hang in KCD2 gameplay showcase. So CD Project RED being Polish are joking they gonna do the reverse and hang someone from Czech in their next game, I guess 🙂

Hey, folks, let me explain the Pepiks. That's what the Poles call us, it's from the name Josef, which is very common in the Czech Republic. This name has become domesticated and the shorter version is Pepa. We don't have to call then Josef, but we use the shortened Pepa. Greetings to all enthusiasts.

As a Polish person who lives close to the Slovakia and Czech I've never heard anyone calls you " Pepiki ". But by the history behind it I kinda get why is that... just sounds funny. Haha... but I guess you've as well a lot to laugh about when it comes to Poland.
Some Slovaks also call a single Czech "Pepík" and Czechs "Pepíci."

I just had to pre-order the Collector's Edition. I've also pre-ordered the standard edition just in case from a local shop here in Norway. I'm also thinking of pre-order the game from the Xbox store, to get to play it if everything else fails.

I am from Czech - missed Czech collector edition on PC, sold out really quickly that day it was announced. But got one from Poland at least - delivered to a town that is located on border between Czech and Poland. So I guess I am gonna smuggle my box on February 🙂

In Czech Republic’s land’s Moravia and Silesia (Silezia has also part in Poland) we sometimes call Bohemian’s as a "Pepic’s”. We use it when we mock them.

The RUclips channel, ‘Random Innkeeper’ has a number of good Czech recipes (and he is a huge KCD fan), I’m thinking about trying his goulash recipe. Plus, I can’t forget about the brats, and kielbas on the grill along with sauerkraut.

6:01 I think you pronounced it slightly differently, like "paníchyda", if I wrote it grammatically incorrectly, but more explanatory it was like "paňíchyda". Where the "N" softens to "Ň" automatically when there is an "I" behind it.
But I'm hearing this word for the first time, it's supposed to be literally "all night" in Greek, in the sense of a torment, a funeral celebration, an Orthodox funeral mass for the dead.

As soon as I saw the rabbit, I was like, That needs to be on a shirt. That's pretty badass that all or most of the dev team from Warhorse is getting it as a tattoo. I used to do graphics design all the time. I was thinking about doing a couple rabbit shirts and sending them to Warhorse to see if they would make them, but I need to find better pictures of all the rabbit variations. I still think the first shirt I created, the gameover shirt from the first game, definitely needs a make. I would happily design the shirts for Warhorse, but my laptop is dead and all I have is my backup phone. Now when I designed them, I did it on a more artistic phone and sent them to my laptop. I personally think since rabbits were used in medieval art so much, I would also like to see patches and stickers for the rabbits were used in medieval art so much, I know if I had a channel and was more of an influencer that Warhorse might work with me, but I know it's not enough to just be a fan of the first KCD game. If they were interested, I would try to make them on this phone and then send them the design. As for KCD 2 the game itself

Warhorse are an amazing down to earth developer. I suggest to still send them an email with examples of your designs and see what they say. It’s better to try and get a “no” than to not try and never find out :)

I wanted to preorder the PC CE but it was gone in about 10 minutes from czech stores so no dice. So I preordered czech PC gold edition (retail, comes with steelbook) and PS5 Collector's Edition from amazon, where it was still available. Fine with me, game like this comes once every 7 years or so..

I don't agree with Dan that the lifebar that is 4x sharper is the same style, maybe he should just blur it a little bit :) I would like the style in other game, but it really dont look as good in KCD, too sharp colors and sideslots may just need a smaller frame.

I'm confused. On steam it says "Play KCD 1 for free" but then it says "pay 2.99 euros" for? ? ?And it also says as a third option "Pay 3.99 euros" ( that's the one with the DLCs I think ). But what is the difference between the first and second option ?
there are 4 small dlcs adding a few more missions. They were each for 5 dollars or so.
If I understood well, you can play for free for a limited time, then the game locks.
So KCD is free for this weekend. You don’t have to pay anything to try out the game. If you like it and want to continue playing, it’s on a 90% discount, including the full version with all DLCs. Hope that clears things up a bit :)

In hardcore mode, but that will probably come after release. Most People who have played it have said it doesn’t bother them. People will get used to it.
