Fresh lemon juice: 8 grams
Eggs at ambient temperature: 3 pieces
Sugar: 160 grams
Flour: 360 grams
Baking powder: 2.5 teaspoons
Baking soda: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: a pinch
Liquid oil: 80 grams
Melted butter at ambient temperature: 40 grams
Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
Chocolate chips: 100 grams
🧁Be sure to heat the oven ten minutes earlier at 200 degrees Celsius or 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
