It's not rigged becos I got it in 1 play before. U need one arm of the claw to be below the ice cream and the other 2 on the side. The ice cream is frozen solid so it has ice forming on the outside of the tub so its very slippery, so if all 3 arms are on the side of the ice cream it will definitely drop. For Ur info ice cream in Singapore is on the pricey side as compared to America
