In this clip, Chingy opened up about how the Sidney Starr situation impacted him. According to Chingy, he lost a deal with Interscope Records due to the social media frenzy around the rumor that he’d been with Sidney. He said despite Sidney apologizing for lying years later, the damage is already done and he has no desire to speak with her in person.

Man Chingy was apart of most of our childhoods and I’m pretty sure we all can agree that it was so fucked up what’s happened to him by that individual. Every time Chingy speaks about this situation it pissed me off that it happened to him. I’m glad to see his growth though. He has my respect.
