Thanks so much Bruce! I have been busy this month, try to catch up on all the footage I've accumulated in the last month of filming.

Great video! I’m planning to convert my 10F langstroths to these 4 way NUC’s, as I don’t use them anymore. Before I start… do you still use these 4 way NUC’s? What are the pros and cons?

    Hello Doug.
Here in the UK, I'm keen to sort a box you have kindly videoed. Did you cut down frames to fit? I don't have cabinet carpentry skills either. Maybe you could mention this.
    Regards, Andy

Thanks so much for watching and commenting on the video Andy. I will be posting more videos that show the process of cutting the frames in half and reworking them on the table saw. My skills are limited also.

Great video I am a new Beekeeper in West Virginia I am going into my second year of beekeeping. I have never seen anything like that before. I might try this someday when I become a better beekeeper. Thanks for sharing and have a great day.

What does the rest of the nucleus look like? top? Bottom? Feeder?

Thanks so much for watching. I'll be making a bottom board in a future episode, and showing how I feed them. As for the cover, any standard telescoping cover for a 10 frame hive will fit.

Our kitty Ossie has to be by me when I'm outside, especially when I'm filming.
