- Palak Soya Methi Gosht is healthy nutrition, aromatic and flavored Pakistani recipe made with spinach, soy, fresh fenugreek leaves, tomato, and mutton along with some essential seasoning, this dish is the most popular in Punjab side where is served at weddings along with other meals. Spinach or Palak is very low in fat and even lower in cholesterol. It is high protein, fiber, vitamins A, C, E & K and Iron. Dill or Soya leaves are an aromatic herb. They are good source of calcium, manganese and iron. Fenugreek or Methi leaves are helpful in treating gastric problems and other intestinal issues. By using these three healthy leafy ingredients in Jai Ki Rasoi Se made "Palak Methi Soya Gosht in Dhaba Style"
