  • Palak Methi Gosht
    Preparation time : 15 mins
    Cooking time: 45-50 mins
    Serving :4 pax

    Ingredients quantity
    Oil 4 tbsp
    Bayleaf 2 nos
    Black cardamom 2 nos
    Cinnamon stick 2 nos
    Cloves 4-6 nos
    Cumin seeds 1 tsp
    Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
    Onion 2 nos
    Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp
    Mutton 500 gm
    Salt to taste
    Tomatoes 2 nos
    Red chilli powder 1 ½ tsp
    Turmeric powder ½ tsp
    Coriander powder 3 tsp
    Garam masala 1 tsp
    Water as required
    Fenugreek leaves 1 bunch
    Spinach 1 bunch
    Curd ½ cup
    Ginger julienne 1 inch + for garnish
    Green chilli slit 3-4 nos
    Lemon ½ nos
    Ghee 2 tbsp
    Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

    Method :
    1. Heat a kadhai , add oil , bayleaf, black cardamom, cinnamon stick , cloves , cumin seed , crushed black pepper , allow it to splutter.
    2. Now add onions and sauté it on low flame until golden brown.
    3. Now add ginger garlic paste ,and sauté it well for about 2-3 mins.
    4. Now add mutton and mix it well for 2-3 mins .
    5. Add salt, tomatoes and cook it again for 2-3 mins.
    6. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and sauté it well until oil starts separately.
    7. Now add water , cover with a lid and allow it to cook for 30 mins on low flame.
    8. Meanwhile take fenugreek leaves, cut its stem and chopped it and add it in a bowl , soak it in water , keep it aside.

    Harpal Singh ji I request you sir please add soaked lobia and soaked chickpeas and one cup of peanuts and coconut powder and kaju nuts in soya paneer recipe then it gives high energy to our children and vegetarians.sir high veg protein foods save our Indians against Corona virus.

    Sir please add Arbi (Taro root ) in palak methi gosht recipe then it gives high energy to youngsters.because Arbi gives fiber and mutton gives high proteins and palak gives vitamins and methi gives good bone health.so harpal ji please add Arbi( taro root) in palak methi gosht recipe.

      Yes but keep in the fridge that will help the acidity to remain in control otherwise it would become sour..

    Sir please add microgreens in these recipe then it gives high vitamins and minerals , adding microgreens in non veg recipe's then it give more fiber and vitamins and minerals.
