- WanMor, the first artist signed to Grammy-winning icon Mary J. Blige's label, Beautiful Life Productions, dropped their debut single this past September titled “Every Pretty Girl in the City.” They're gearing up for their first EP release this winter and joined us on The Morning Show to share more about their tour and their lives outside of music.
No one ever says it but Rocco keeps up very well with his big brothers. I mean these boys were all in their mid to late teens and he is 12 at this point and keeps up phenomenally with them quite well if I didn't know any better I would think he was a small for his age 15 year old this boy's got talent and he learns from his brothers he's gonna be the one here real soon.

True, true! Their beginnings in the industry reminds me a lot of the Backstreet Boys. BSB came out during a period when boy bands were in obscurity and hip-hop/rap and rock were in demand. But through hard work on a "chitlin" circuit of performances and traveling to other countries to perform, they grew into the most successful international boy band in history, much like the Beatles. I see a similar future happening for WanMor! And I will be able to PROUDLY say I'm a DAY ONE! LOL
Seeing Rocco getting that base in his voice now completely changed lol but that confidence ain’t go no where lol proud of these boys and loved watching their journey and hard work through the years

I'm starting to think they are intentionally distancing themselves from their father or have been told to. Maybe it's an aggressive strategy to make them work for their success themselves without riding on his coattails or there is just some major family drama we're not privy to. Oh well. I like them and hopefully I'll stop thinking about their tie to Wanya because it can drive a person mad trying to come up with the answers. It's just jarring.
Their father is estranged from all of his children which is sad. He doesn’t promote them anymore and if you follow them and him you can tell. I hope they do well because they worked so hard.

They are estranged from their father and prefer not to acknowledge him in public. They probably asked that they did not mention boys 2 men

@@1991-present wanya left they Mom Tracy for another women. Wanya married another women n left their Mom with 6 kids to raise. He may pay Child support but he not in the home with his kids.

And their government names are Wanya Morris II - V. As in their dad is Boyz II Men's Wanya Morris. So they trained vocally with Boyz II Men as well.
