I loved that they played Buckbeak's flight when the Gryffindor colors showed up, that is one of the most beautiful HP soundtrack songs ever made. I teared up.
That projection show should be every night! That was great!

I live 15 minutes from Universal City (I used to live 5 minutes away). Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey is the ONE ride I've not ever watched on RUclips prior to going on it.
No B.S., In April 2016 I got a front a front of the line pass and got to experience the ride myself. In the shop after one debarks, I completely burst out crying - I'm 40yrs in age! A shop employee asked me if I was okay. I told him I had no idea why I felt that way, and he told me, "This is an experience that multiple generations can share." And we both cried together!
I got an Olivander's wand for me and my nephew. I'm Griffyndor. I feel a rather slithery vibe from my nephew (he's 3)......

Congratulations to the Teams at Universal! You have out Disney'd Disney. Up until now, Disney has led the industry and the competition would react. It is very plain that Disney is now reacting to Universal, thanks to years of budget cuts and resting on their laurels.
I have ridden Forbidden Journey 13 times so far and I am still mesmerized by the brilliance of this attraction. And, when you discover how this attraction works, it will blow you away.
When I visited before the opening they had a smaller choir perform a show and also a stunt show from Durmstrang which was super cool! So even if they don't have a show as big as the ceremony I think they'll still have little shows daily :)

+Frida Kallgren Hollywood is probably more enhanced, but Orlando has Hogsmeade AND Diagon Alley. and even better; the Hogwarts Express to contect the two.

When u have a creative mind like jo rowling, Its very hard to beat. I have heard she was too picky when they created this park. She insist no coca brand inside the hp park. Universal seemed worried about it..it turned out jk was right. They nailed everything in the wizarding world. Butterbeer was the most famous signature drink in all theme parks. This was the very best universal created. Wizarding world of hp was very successful.
I'm mad they didn't put dig on alley with all the rides liked escaped from grionnots

In Orlando, i think you need to buy the tickets for both of the theme parks to see the whole Wizarding World of Harry Potter (Hogwarts Castle, Hogsmeade and the Diagon Alley).
