- Money Circulation Schemes are being promoted in the name of Direct Marketing (DM), Multi-Level Marketing schemes (MLM), Network Marketing (NWM), Referral Marketing, Introduction Marketing, Chain Marketing etc.,.
These schemes are nothing but camouflaged Money Circulation Schemes. In the front end the promoters display products and services at the back end it is nothing but Money Circulation Schemes banned under the provisions of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act 1978
To divert the attention of the public as well as the Law Enforcement Agencies and to cover up their illegal activity of Money Circulation Schemes they display products and services
Product is only a bait but end result is Money Circulation Scheme
Money Circulation Scheme means any scheme by whatever name called wherein the person has to enrol into the scheme through an already enrolled member by subscribing to the scheme by paying initial kit/membership amount and purchasing goods and services, wherein by this the introducer of the enrolled member will get benefits (easy money) and the company which promotes the scheme earns quick money. The enrolled member again has to enrol further members to get his amount back and also the benefits. By this the promoter of the company by just promoting the scheme gets benefits and the person who enrols at the initial of the scheme reaps the benefits
By enrollment into such a scheme, one would be getting back the initial paid investment and keep gaining financially by enrolling new members. So also, the second set of enrollers keep multiplying and gain financially, fascinating every onlooker to get engrossed in such dubious money circulation schemes. Such a system of chain to work endlessly to provide profit to everyone concerned would ultimately breakdown at some stage, resulting in the financial benefit to some who joined the scheme at initial stages (they will be none than the promoters of the scheme), resulting in big financial loss to those who joined at a later stage. When a person fails to get his required clients or non-viability of the scheme but blame it as one’s personal failure. The gullible people are taken unaware when the real failure. The gullible people are taken unaware when the real picture of the money circulation schemes emerges. By the time the people realize that they were taken for a ride and cheated, it would be too late
The promoters promote their schemes through high profile campaign by using film stars, Government servants, Doctors, Engineers and well-known personalities of the society in their meetings which are conducted in Star Hotels, Kalyanamandapams etc., with a lot of fanfare. The public should refrain from attending such meetings

Most MLM companies Pay a little attention to their products. They always talk about making members. Their products are very expensive/costly with no quality. They organise seminars in big hotels. Their leaders enter the hall with huge clapping and garlanding. They themselves pretend to be very rich. But in real life they are very poor. They hire car when they have to impress others. Ultimately, they are donkeys appointed by a big donkey. Their products and services are meaningless. As they focus only on Money, they hardly pay any attention to this part.

I remember going to one such mlm event, i knew it was a scam and there were testimonials from people getting rich. There's no easy way to make money. You need to earn it. Our government shoukd setup a strict organisation to deal with such frauds, bank and other scams.

Glaze, MLM के through, मेरे जैसे पता नहीं कितने हजारों लड़कों को अब तक cheat कर चुका होगा। अब क्यों कि किसी भी लड़के ने अभी तक पुलिस में कोई complaint नहीं की है इसलिए उनका business खूब फल फूल रहा है।

.... अब मेरे लिए ये संभव नहीं है क्यों कि आज मेरे पास एसा कोई भी Evidence नहीं है जिस से मैं ये Proov कर सकूं कि मैं Galwey या Glaze का Distributer था। मुझे अब सिर्फ वो जगह याद है जहां पर मैं लगभग 25 लड़कों के साथ एक Hall में रहता था और जिस तरह से Jail में हर कैदी का एक Bag होता है और वो अपना सारा सामान उस Bag में ही रखता है और रात को उस Bag का ही तकिया बना कर सो जाता है, ठीक इस ही तरह से मैं भी रहता था।
पानी जैसी दाल और कभी सब्जी मिलती थी। सारे लोग गोला बना कर बैठ जाते थे और खाना खाते थे। रोटियां एक पी में बीच में रखी दी जाती थीं। जिस को भी लेनी होती थी वो रोटी लेता रहता था।
मैने वहां पर लगभग 1 महीना बिताया था क्यों कि मैने पापा से 16 - 17 हजार रूपए ले कर उन को दिए थे तो मैं सोच रहा था कि मैंने जो पैसे दिए हैं उन के बदले मे मुझे Galway के समान की kit तो मिली है पर वो समान उतने पैसों का है नहीं तो मैं मेरे पैसे इन के हाल में रह कर और इन का खाना खा कर वसूल करूंगा।
लेकिन 1 महीने के बाद मुझे Realize हुआ कि मैं पैसे वसूल करने के चक्कर में अपना Time खराब कर रहा हूं, तब मैने पापा को सारी बात बताई तो पापा ने मुझ से बोला कि तुम घर वापस आ जाओ।
मुझे वो जगह भी याद है जहां पर Training के नाम पर रोज सुबह सभी बच्चों को बुलाया जाता था, ये जगह MP के गुना नाम के छोटे से कस्बे में है।
रही सी करने की बात तो आज मैं मेरे Career में सफल नहीं हूं, अभी भी जॉब सर्च कर रहा हूं
पिछले 2 महीनों से पापा की पेंशन से गुजारा कर रहा हूं, शायद इस महीने भी घर से ही पैसे मांगने पड़ेंगे क्यों कि अभी भी किसी कंपनी में job मिली नहीं है।
अब 32 की ए में जब मैं खुद Unemployed हूं तो ये सब करना मुझे ठीक नहीं लगता और मेरे पास अब इतना time भी नहीं है कि मैं इन सब कामों में involve हो जाऊं क्यों कि मेरे लिए इस Time self dependent होना ज्यादा जरूरी है वजाय उन लोगों को सबक सिखाने में।
लेकिन मैंने इस Platform पर आ कर अपनी बात रख दी है अब अगर in future कोई complaint इस तरह की आती है तो पुलिस ज्यादा serious हो कर Action लेगी।

Excellent video. This is an old trick not only for illiterate but there are many with good degrees also victims. I have attended a session 15 years back and presenter didn't have answer to my questions. I was asked to leave and all others looked at me as if I asked wrong questions. It happens even in few people house with 10-15 folks where all others have been invited to support the speaker as they are already victimized.
