To EVERYONE who comments that they KNOW Lazar took something... guys, I'm the person interviewing Lazar in this vid. I specifically asked him for his muscle girth and size. 42-43 cm arms at 180 cm at stage leanness is not unheard of among natural lifters.
I too don't know if Lazar was natty or not, but here's my two cents:
Genetics are the most important factor in Bodybuilding - far more important than gear. I've seen freaks of nature way more muscular than Lazar, with regular blood tests to support the claim.
Apart from muscularity, genetics play a role in two more ways:
    1. Muscle Bellies/Insertions - you can take all the gear you want, but you can't change your proportions. Looks are tremendously influenced by muscle insertions.
    2. Body-Fat distribution - I specifically asked Lazar to talk a bit more about that. He said that he stores more fat in his lower back, but I'm willing to bet money that his abs are shredded before his legs (which is unusual, BUT NOT UNHEARD OF).
Hence him not taking too many pictures where his legs are visible.
Vascularity/skin - also influenced by genetics, but of course they can be influenced by drugs.
I know some guys that are more muscular than Lazar. Some on PEDs, some lifetime natty (AFAIK), but none of them look better. It's a matter of genetics and appearance.
Lastly, everyone says "this is possible, but you must have one in a billion genetics". Well let's entertain the idea, that someone really does have one in a billion genetics and not that they are cheating the system.
I'm not Lazar's personal advocate and tbh before speaking with him I was also "sure" that he took something. After seeing him IRL and learning about his size/measurements I believe his physique is attainable naturally. He has all the signs of crazy genetics - huge build, large hands and a strong handgrip + square jaw and facial hair gainZ.
I calculated his FFMI and it's below the 25 cutoff range.
It's very hard to accept this. I've trained for 10 years+. Busted my ass like crazy. Reached crazy squat and DL numbers for my build, height. And a lot of my friends look better than me.
I also get a lot of shit from other people, about my appearance, but I can't change my genetics. I can only accept what I've been given and continue to work hard + appreciate when hard work meets talent.
PS: The guys that I know that have the best genetics don't look that good, because they have no reason to give it their all and be dedicated.

I remember that after 2 years of training, when I was 20yo doing only creatine, people on my gym claimed I had to take roids, which was funny to me. Not many people realize that with good genetics, diet, training you can achieve a lot naturally. With Lazar it makes sense, he was never a mass freak, but his main feature was crazy shred, which visually makes muscle look bigger. Dont forget that lighting and camera angles during photoshoots also could make him look bigger than he actually was. I can imagine that he could build a decent mass naturally, and then use Clen to help him get that extra shred.

For me it doesn't matter if you were or not natural, impressive physic regardless. In my opinion the best asthethics ever achieved, at least at screen since I never had the pleasure of seeing you with my own eyes.
About the fake nattys people that doesn't claim being on peds its because of the nonsense hate and with such lack of sponsorship involved if they go all out about it. Even if a person wants go clean, it can't due to the close minded society we have got. They even come up with names as Mike O'Tren to expose such a hate in form of irony, but many end going along the joke for the sake of it without the hate factor involved.
I wish only the best for you Lazar. I can feel your pain being myself in a similar circumstance for years with the difference that I never achieved anything great with my body before being unable to train (I've got more skinny but I wasn't that big to start with, so less of a lost for me in a sense, it still did felt that I was caught by a train, specially due to the huge physical pain that I got from it for the first years after quitting the gym).

I was accused of not being natural plenty of times. I have a broad upper body and slim waist as do most of the men in my family. This coupled with muscle fibers in all the right places makes you genetically perfect. People should just accept the fact that there are those who are a perfect fit.

Endorsement deals. That’s the issue. Steroids are not so controversial anymore and that’s why you see so many of these youtube guys coming out and talking about them. I guess people don’t really care that much anymore when it’s used recreational.

    • @YTStopCensoringFreedomOfspeech
      @YTStopCensoringFreedomOfspeech 2 года назад

The biggest disadvantage of using steroids is not learning how to increase your testosterone naturally. It just comes down to diet. Good habits before bed time to ensure quality rest. And of course exercise.
When you take steroids, it gives you results from the compounds which are a cheat. You won't be motivated to learn all the other education which is actually beneficial to more than just your muscles.
It's like cheating on a test. Sure you get the grade. But you didn't actually learn anything or you learned a tiny portion of it.

I think Lazar is natty... but that's just my opinion and if you want real gains, not some shitty synthol piled muscles, just take care of your diet. If you struggle to create a meal plan for yourself, there are many great websites where you can do it in minutes. I'm following a muscle gain meal plan from website called Dietarize and I can't explain how useful it is to me. I simply buy all the food that is on my grocery list, prepare meals and focus on other things 'cause my macros and portion sizes are already calculated for me.
