what exact engine is this? is this from a vulcan classic? of so what year? and what manual did you use to get EVERY bolts torque spec? im going to have to replace a couple of gears and a shift fork this soon, might as well do it right as long as i have it apart. what special tools did you use?
biggest mistake was using huge amounts of high temp red silicon to seal the cases. Hate to think how much of that shit has spewed inside waiting to break free and cause havoc
