I love your video, Me and the family have been watching it now for about a year. I go to Houston often and plan on moving there, and making the trip to South Padre Island, Texas often. I even applied to be the city manager there in which I do qualify for but came in second. I would have loved to serve the great community of SP and its visitors and tourist. Beautiful place. I think it is better than Miami on a lot of different scales. Thanks again Aleshire

Wow the water is blue down there! Totally different from Houston, Galveston and Corpus Christi where the gulf is brown.

I used to drive through here in my Mack. I foiled up some meat and vegetables put then under the hood to cook and enjoyed the drive. I always found that a well done steak takes about 2 hours or 150 miles, whichever comes first. Peach Cobbler on the other hand takes about 3 hours to cook completely. Just depends on how hot the motor gets to get food done. Outside temp affects cooking time as well.. You have to be careful with some foods though, as they may tend to leak all over your motor and smoke and burn. I burned a ham really bad one time, had a bunch of fellow drivers mad at me because we were supposed to have for Christmas dinner. Well drive safe and always keep a fire extinguisher handy if your going to do some engine cooking.
