Why does the test for 2.rank and 3.rank have an equal sign in it, but the other ones do not? And why no test for 2.rank 4.rank? Also, for the margins GRE code, how do we know Stata is "averaging across the sample values of gpa and rank" if we have not added those variables into the code? Other than that, excellent lecture. Thank you!
