To do this Rod of the Depth you need alot of money to reroll Enchant relic to Hex if you have a fising rod that has Abyssal trait on it you have 10% for your relic to be abbysal in instant (i recommend get trident abbysal and fish on the depth) and the Rods cost 750k and the maze to tackle and the beastiary

i enchanted during a mutation surge and appraised both relics and i spent under 10k

Lucky me, 40k credits spent to get a hexed enchant relic while fished up an abyssal enchant relic, only pain, 750k credits to grind now. (I've literally just gotten trident rod and half way done getting rod of depth as a lv59)
