- The Walther WMP is a .22mag pistol in a full-size, optics ready frame. Designed as both a training pistol, it's also a great choice for personal protection while hunting, hiking, or camping.

Love the fireball with every shot. I think the 22mag is an underrated cartridge. It punches above its weight class. Great review sir.
You know, I never even noticed it while I was editing the video. It is pretty cool! Thanks for watching!
Tx22 stays king
That's a fine looking pistol. 22 mag can be so much fun in a pistol like that. I like Walther anyway
I agree! Thanks for watching Hillbilly!
Love mine!
They are pretty cool. Thanks for watching!
Good to see ya out of the berry patch.
The fireball is what I like to see out of my Kel-Tec. It lights up a gloomy day.
Although I don't own but a couple of Walthers, I never met one that didn't feel good in the hand. JimE
It's a completely different world in the berry patch, peaceful and calm. I do like a little chaos from time to time! Thanks for watching JimE!
I got one of them iv had it a when they came out but I haven’t took it out of the box I need to do that . Great video 👍👍
I'm pretty bad about that myself. Finding time can be tough. Thanks for watching!
Its been a long time since i commented on one of your videos. It good to see you still doing them. I have a request!
How about a Walther P22Q review?
I have been wanting a P22Q for many years! I may have to pick one up, I think my local guy has one on the shelf right now. Thanks for the suggestion and thanks for watching!
Definitely nice grouping 😎👍🇺🇸
Thank! Thanks for watching too!
gotta love the walther wimp
Hey! Good thing that pistol can't read, you might hurt its feelings! Thanks for watching!
I like that you tested it with different ammunition to see if accuracy was consistent.
Different manufacturers and different bullet weights.
Excellent review, thank you! Since I follow both of your channels, I'm thinking this would come in very handy with any rodents who try and attack your grape vines!
I need to make a chest rig for it!
I use my middle finger to run the paddle mag release on the guard
I have always liked the P22. Looks like a fun little gun for rodent control. Weapon of Mass Phun.
Phun! I like it! I still need to get a P22! Thanks for watching!
the federal 50 grain has a good sectional density, it's a long bullet if you see one fired and undamaged, sectional density in theory gives more penetration and bullet stability and a higher ballistic coefficient helping it conserve it's energy long range, the gun was engineered for a overwhelming fast accurate shot placement defense option for shooter that may not be able to handle recoil or have trouble with functions on gun, also a lefty self defense option to have functions of gun avaible needed possibly in a lefty defense situation
Good to know! Thanks for the comment, and thanks for watching, too!
@@SmallCaliberArmsReview 22 lr chiappa 4.5 inch barrel 1873 colt peace maker replica I have, they got them in 17 hmr, never had a pistol chambered in that and some say 17 grain v max maybe 1600 fps range and then the 22 mag but I got guns in those but that 6 shooter 17 hmr runs new in my area about 200 dollars with some stores like fleet farm having spending points credited to a purchase making it more like 175. For leather work you do a idea I have is a wrist band to hold a few cartridges on right hand wrist, I took a rifle cartridge holder that had a wide rubber band and 4 slots on my wrist, the band is made for the stock but I just imagined what if having a band around wrist maybe some one would take interest in, in the days with out speed loaders have rounds on wrist brings ammo closer to your gun meaning a quick 1 or 2 rounds right in from your wist, I wore it in the suburbs and small town I lived in, no one seemed to notice but a girl said nice bracelet 😅 I had 4 nickel plated 38 130 gr jhp pdx1 defenders
@libra7624 I've seen a couple wrist bands like that. There used to be a few of the .17hmr revolvers around, Chiappa, Taurus and, I think Ruger used to make one. I keep my eyes peeled but almost never see one anywhere.
@@SmallCaliberArmsReview we got chiappa 17 hmr in my area, got my eyes on one in the case, at 2 stores at least 1 so looks like 17 hmr may be back in the rimefire game for revolvers maybe, and taurus that big 6 inch would be nice but have to drop a little more cash for that one, bond arms 2 shot derringer would be nice to see in 17 hmr, so many ideas to have cartridges you wear on you, wrist and a chest worn belt would be nice, them cheap 20 round bullet belts I wear on chest, hides nice under shirt but if say wearing over shirt with jacket you can move the 20 rounds to your right side and all people see is a black band looking like your wearing a back belt but you have 20 rounds, for example a single shot 6 shooter if you fired all rounds you open up gate pouch on she'll and replace with a new one, click 4 times pull hammer back and fire, this is just a example for defense if say someone wanted to get to cover and load on round in case someone wanted to come to your cover but rare does it happen in a private citizen defense situation but I here even conceal carriers may carry single action 6 shooters at times, extra ammo even if a single action we have options to carry extra ammo some where
👍👍👍👍
Thanks!
Did I hear you correctly you made a holster for your Taurus 942?
Yes, I did. I did not make a video of it though.
Weapon of mass persuasion?
Could be! Persuade something to leave you alone. Thanks for watching!
Lol try the slide release without the mag in it
It's still a little too hard to release with your thumb. It's more of a slide lock than a release. Thanks for watching!
Chega a sair fogo na boca do cano.
Pretty cool looking too! Thanks for watching!
Weapon of magnum precision lol
That works! Thanks for watching!
Weapon of Mass Plinking.
@@BrettBaker-uk4te another good one!
I’m embarrassed to say I don’t own any 22’s.😬
It's never too late! The fun to cost price is excellent! Thanks for watching!
Great Review !! So looks like full size PPQM2 5” Big Fan for years my go to. Kinda wish I didn’t see this Vid Now I want one🫣
Thanks! I know what you mean, I'll see something I didn't know existed, and all of a sudden, I have to have one.
