    Great work by the crane operator. Dude was smooth as silk as were the climber and ground crew. That's how professional tree work is done folks!!

    This is some really impressive stuff. A lot to learn in this video. I like the thing with the deadeye sling at 3:34. I see that it’s sharing the load between the stems, but what’s the logic behind the loose half hitch? Is that intentional? Would the system work just as well with just the girth hitch or a tight half hitch backing it up?

      Thanks for your kind comment T&R :) but I have to share credit with the ground team in the videos as I am only a climber, only one part of a team of guys who without, the jobs wouldn't happen. Glad you enjoyed the vid buddy many thanks again.

      Arborist treeworkvideos Always good to give credit were its due. Good roping skills and very productive on the ground, like you said your just one link in the chain.
      keep the rest of the chain oiled and they will last forever.
      Keep up the vids as I have seen them all now I want to see more!!!
