I can compare, 1 year ago,, my dad returned from his 3rd deployment for a year. Me and my siblings cried,, Deployments can cause a lot of emotion. What I’m trying to say is, thank you for doing this. This was really heart warming to watch.

He was so overwhelmed, sweet little boy, he wanted permission to let go and just run and that was asked by him to his coach. When the coach said go, he was able to let go to so beautiful.

My dad's anger issues worsen as he ages. Anytime we communicate, it's like I'm talking about the sun and he's talking about the moon. I can see the effect it has on me because it's driven me into a shell where I don't want to talk to anybody, not even my siblings.
As a 60 yo man I rarely cry, but these types of videos pull at my heart strings. It’s really too bad that father and son can’t be together all the time. EVERY son needs a full time role model.

Even worse, it was a beer can. He didn’t show any excitement to see his son, it’s heartbreaking to see. He could’ve ran towards his son and showed some excitement/joy.

Well I'm a 26 year old male, I'm west African.
I'm currently doing my masters overseas but these days, I experience difficulties trying to focus. My dad's anger issues worsen as he ages.
Anytime we communicate, it's like I'm talking about the sun and he's talking about the moon.
I can see the effect it has on me because it's driven me into a shell where I don't want to talk to anybody, not even my siblings.
As a 60 yo man I rarely cry, but these types of videos pull at my heart strings. It’s really too bad that father and son can’t be together all the time. EVERY son needs a full time role model.
