Also, I've already learned a few things from your assessment that I missed on my own. However, my only critique would be to understand that while the title of the album is, "For All the Dogs", you have to keep in mind that Drake is taking us on a ride with this project. You have to listen to it as a cohesive unit, in order, preferably in one sitting, in its entirety to understand the story he's sharing with us. Drake starts off slow, eases us in, shows a little emotion toward some women, includes some "dawg" lines and then jumps into the bangers and goes off, then he eases off the gas for a bit, shows some remorse and reflection, etc. It's up, it's down, he's emotional, then he's hardened, then he's emotional again. He's telling the human experience in relationships through the entire project.

I will try to be as unbiased as possible, but I really enjoyed my first listen. I think Drake tried a few new sounds which I can respect, a lot worked but some didn't. Also, liked how he did a lot of things that drake usually wouldn't do; using a frank sample, paying homage to DJ Screw and hopping on a conductor beat are things I never thought drake would do. To be real there were very high highs on here including polar opposites and 8am that prove drake is still the guy. There’s a few negatives/a few duds for me & songs that provided nothing for the album. It felt bloated at times and a little dragged out. Overall I think it's great and will only get better with time. 8/10 for me

There’s a few negatives/a few duds for me & songs that provided nothing for the album. It felt bloated at times and a little dragged out. Overall I think it's great and will only get better with time. 8/10 for me

It is a decent. I knew it wouldn't be all rapping but it was a nice mix, all the dogs can go for "Dawgs"-guys or "Bitches". Versatile
