Amanda Brewer of the CGA on Responsible Gaming, Alberta and beyond

Jessica Welman sat down with Amanda Brewer, Senior Advisor at the Canadian Gaming Association for a chat on the latest updates at the recent Canadian Gaming Summit.
Amanda and Jessica discuss the exciting news dropped by Dale Nally, Alberta’s Minister for Service Alberta and Red Tape Reduction, who confirmed the province will follow an Ontario-style open licensed model, while Amanda tells Jessica of the importance of provinces seeking a model that works for them.
Amanda also discusses Responsible Gambling, and a new set of principles that the CGA are working on to go along with forthcoming regulatory updates on the schedule, as well as looking forward to progression on iGaming regulation in other provinces.
