How do I rig high heel shoes when converting from gen 8 to gen 9? I have tried using the joint editor but I don't have exact documentation on the process to rig new shapes to the boots so gen 9 poses work correctly, there seems to be issues with some high heeled shoes not setting in position correctly after fitting to the body, I was thinking the boots may require adjusting in the joint editor after you dial in a morph for the feet on the boot itself to fix the issues with the boot not sitting correctly on the feet even in pose. I don't see any documentation on how to correct the feet issues with gen 9 when converting outfits from other generations.
Only outfits with left and right feet separate can be fixed by loading the shoe without targeting the model than parented to the foot, but this is not a real fix nor a good one as many problems arise from poses and conversion to other editors, all outfit pieces and props must be fitted to body or things do not appear in the correct position after conversion from Daz3d to Unreal5. Is there a proper way to correct feet and glove issues on outfits for gen 9?

The usual method of making a garment open in DAZ Studio is to use a Morph. Very similar to the style morph in my videos. You just have to know that you want to open the shirt when you make it. The geometry at the front of your shirt should not be welded. If you are using MD, delete the sewing lines holding it together with the sim off, then export the shirt. I hope that helps.
