I make a recipe very similar to your potato, chicken sausage and pepper meal! I don't use aninstant pot, I just put it on the stovetop. But, I use kielbasa, and russet potatoes sliced, along with cabbage and onions. I just cut up the onions, and slice the potatoes and cook those first, along with cutting the kielbasa into rounds. after the potatoes have cooked for a bit and have a little color, I will add the kielbasa and cook that for a few minutes then I add shredded cabbage, add just a few tablespoons of water to help steam the cabbage. yum! I absolutely love the smell of cooking onions! thanks for sharing! xoxo

YUM LOOKS SO GOOD. fyi - did you know it is not only not permitted anymore but having outlets on an island below countertops is extremely dangerous! especially if you have kids that crawl or walk. I don't know how old your daughter is but if she is walking and around when you cook...i would move that over to your other countertop. you probably already know this i guess. your recipes look delish! thanks!

Thank you for the heads up! I appreciate it! Yes, I had heard that before and when I’m cooking regularly I always use plug-ins on my regular countertop it’s just more convenient when I’m filming to be on the island. 😊
