Let's hope that we get xp boost when doing prestige 2nd and 3 time because you can only unlock prestige in the order that is shown, so in order to unlock desolate queen you need to do prestige 3 times which will be painfully grindy in the normal version of the game if it comes out like this. Or let us select which prestige we want edit: RIP in 5.0 we can't choose which way we spend the prestige point so we can only unlock in order. Endless tedious grinding for that third prestige while the other first 2 are useless in some commanders
It looks like total amount of XP needed to lvl has been nerfed, warchest bonus helps and the mutation this week is quite easy, which gives like 3-4 lvls instant. I lvled Zagara 3x to max already, everytime it feels like im learning the commander in a new way, so i actually really like it.

The obvious choice for it would be just cc'ing over an over again so your army takes the free real estate. But if you pump points into her third mastery to mitigate the lesser shielding due to the prestige draw back, could it also be a crazy good solo build? Great videos so far show casing the prestige!

Not sure what you mean, but the prestige are kind of a disappointment, yes. Desolate Queen is now way too weak, and only one of the two between Desolate Queen and Folly of Man were really necessary (a kerrigan-focused prestige).
"basically shooting twice as fast" no. Malignant Creep gives 30% faster attack speed, so when Maligant Creep's effect is doubled you're getting 23% faster attack speed than previously. Also note that units don't move any faster (that's not an effect of Malignant Creep), although they do get extra regeneration which is kind of noticeable. In my opinion this is too weak considering the loss of omega worms. Omega worms give so much tankiness, free creep on top of the enemy (creep tumors have trouble with this even with the doubled range, as long as enemy isn't zerg of course), useful scouting/map-presence, obviously the teleports all around the map, and lastly ultra-convenient detection that rarely ever dies and acts like a permanent scanner sweep that costs no energy! What's also a problem with Malevolent Matriarch is not only _spreading_ the creep in the first place (which requires relatively high skill to do quickly enough), but _maintaining it_ because the enemy is always sending units with detectors down the line, killing the tumors. The most minimum thing that they'd need to do to fix this prestige is to make creep tumors invincible, however I think increasing movement speed should also be done. Even then I'm not sure if it would be good enough, because Kerrgan's best unit is the mutalisk (as long as there's 6 units within it's large attack radius, the mutalisk will deal around 40 DPS, and they're very fast, and most importantly don't block eachother); a unit that not only doesn't need the regen of the creep, but one which cannot benefit from the creep.
You might wanna try Overlord Queen Drop Puke to spread creep tumors. I know this works especially well on this map where you can use Zagara to set up Bile Launchers / Crawlers quickly at the transports to defend against the infested.
With P1, try staying on 1 hatchery and going pool > queen > double gas. Inject when queen is done, build second queen before you go lair. Take only a second hatch at your expo. Build queens non-stop and keep hatches injected with freshly spawned queens. You need the gas for fast upgrades anyhow, and queens will spread your creep, tank and transfuse each other and Kerri. You don't need more than 2 hatches for larva ever.
One in case you need to run away normal kerrigan is better since She Has leap, Also u Can get somewhere faster but overall p3 kerrigan is better her W is much better in big fights and her Q u Can spam from Safe spot
no. Just a defensive buff on creep is Megaramped up. Thankfully you can use hostile creep which has the same effects. Doubled Regen, attack speed buffs, move speed buffs.... I actually wonder what Kerrigans banelings look like: Stetmans?
Glenn MM doesn't double the movement boost. Malignant creep only gives a +30% IAS and a +1 health per second regen. Overall MM gives +1 regen and 1.23x dps for ground units on the creep, which is quite mediocre. You also seemed to totally miss the point of what justjoyas was saying: the fact that creep tumors have doubled range and creep propagation speed. This means that you can spread creep like a pro without being one, hence his comment. Problem is the enemy keeps killing the tumors. Tumors should really gain invulnerability for the prestige as well (like how Stetman gets that for stetellites in a prestige; granted, they apparently though that 150% range and invulnerability was enough, which really seems very weak especially with the loss of super Gary)
Kerrigan loses her 2 mobility skills, she has no way of maneuvering around your fat army if you decide to go an Ultra based ground army and she can't quickly disengage or scale unpassable terrain anymore. With how CTG likes to play Kerrigan she has no problem not getting caught on Hydras and Mutas and he's usually got pretty good map vision to almost always have a spot to put down his Nydus worm.

I'm the opposite. I don't understand how you can like Desolate Queen skills. Crushing Grip deals damage so slowly making it impossible to kill things quickly, and what's worse is that it has a much smaller area of effect as well, killing less units too. Sure it stuns, but the low area of effect is not worth it at all. That's not even the end of the problems. Leaping strike is better than kinetic blast in many/most cases because it allows Kerrigan to get into attack range without wasting time, and also allows Kerrigan to move much faster when she needs to get somewhere. To make the prestige useful they'd need to increase her attack range, and increase Crushing Grip AoE significantly. Granted, I am talking about Desolate Queen _currently,_ not how it was in the PTR. In the PTR it seems like Crushing Grip does have a larger AoE, and also deals damage faster. I don't know why that they thought it was a problem.
Your ally, vorazun, should really stop putting all those cloak pylons together, it completely defeats the purpose of those pylons. If he’s gonna do that, might as well as just get regular pylons......

And the prestige wasn’t defence based, so Dark Pylon would not have hindered Ctg from show casing the power. If Vorazun was using some overpowering offensive units, then what you said would make sense. Since vorazun might have killed everything before Kerrigan could cast anything. But it’s clear Vorazun was seriously playing the game. He massed DT, placed one single Dark Pylon at expansion, casted black hole. He wasn’t holding back by placing all dark pylons together. He placed them together cause that’s how me usually plays. And I am just suggesting, he would get more out of the pylon if he spreads them out. Just like all professional Protoss spread out the pylon. I think it’s okay to be bad at the game, but it’s not okay to find excuses. We are all newbie once. As long as we accept suggestions, we will improve and make games more enjoyable.
I'm pretty sure he was just messing around with the fact that prestige 1 Vorazun can spam Dark Pylons to the point that can be their only supply structure, but if you think they literally don't understand what they're doing and are being bad at the game rather than just messing around, fine.

These missions happens after the starting of LotV and ending before its last mission so that Kerigan isnt Xelnaga, yet.

The creep one just seems to be the pick for defensive missions, as the attack speed is way too good to pass up.
Honestly they could just make the disadvantage "nydus worms and greater worms don't spread creep"
