How many hours average are these positions you mention with the $150-$250 weekly pay? Hours people worked to earn that income would help add context. I'm just wondering if the majority of your staff is working short part-time shifts or if maybe they're stacking roles to earn more income.
The $150-$250 roles, like CSR, HR, and Dispatch, are actually filled by our awesome team members outside the US. They're working full-time, but costs are lower in their countries. And during the slower winter season, we tweak their hours to match the sales shift. Anything else you're curious about our team dynamics?

Hourly wage will depend on location. For $10 you won't even get a child here. Mcdonalds pays $15. So your pricing and labor will vary depending on your location. To get a full time person with a pulse you need at least $17 here.
That's correct! We're based in Dallas, Texas, so the usual range for minimum wage, warehouse jobs are at $12-$15.
