Why does this all just break my heart????? So much that should have been a family heirloom. Hopefully you will find things that will help you find any family that should have some of these things. I think God would of wanted you to. God Bless
God bless you and your family and another great video and thanks for sharing and this unit is amazing so much great stuff keep them great videos coming and I send you and your love ones lots of blessings and stay bless always
23:09 Watching this particular video, I am feeling the same emotion I feel when it's Christmas and I'm about to open gifts from people who know me either very very well, or simply, sufficiently-well-enough . . .
Nice jewelry. So cool to see Kati visit and participate. Hoping you get some merch soon 😁 I want a Thrift Trader Tshirt, or Trader Auctions. 🤞 Blessings to you and your ever growing family.
The thing that you had Cloe open is used on old black & white photos. When it comes out of the camera, you have a paper to peel off of it and then you wipe it with that & it reminds me of nail polish the way it dries & leaves a shiny protective coating on the picture.
Wax, Jason's new least favorite "four-letter" word. I love the bird pin with turquoise and coral, stamped "JL"....seems like it was made for me. LOL I enjoy taking massively-tangled bunches of chains apart. OK, I'm weird, but then you already knew that. Chloe is so funny.
Just watched your video of the QVC shopper and doll collector. It looks like with the diapers and tens unit and motor chair, she was an I'll woman that reminded me of my mother who had MS. It's a shame a family member didn't inherit her treasures. I don't begrudge your find, I just feel sorry for her treasures being lost
At 29:41. . . What it that? . . . looked vaguely like a locket . . . Now I will wonder, through the remainder of this video . . . . . . and then I will forget, because there is life outside of watching youtube.
Yall being in Oklahoma,I can't help but wonder if yall may have come accross the storage shed my exhusband lost when we lived there in 2004-2005 ish. It was full of stuff including a waterbed lol... but the Only two things that were in it, that I was tore up over losing was my great grandmother's Cedar chest that was passed down mother to mother till I got it and my oldest son's baby book was in it. 😔 I know its been WAY too long, they're gone but its interesting to think yall may have seen it. I didn't realize that he wasn't playing on it at that time, or I'd have taken Care of it, somehow but we had moved from Midwest city, OK back to Arkansas.
We're the hair colours/products any good? I would imagine they have an expiry date. By the way, it's too bad the wax was no good. Lol. That would have been hilarious.
Lordy mercy be careful of that nutcracker, that is the same type my Granddaddy had. Bout 35 years ago he was showing me how it worked, and didn't place his hand right and when he let it go it caught the skin right between his thumb and pointer finger. Gosh he hollered out, was the first time I ever heard him fart !!!!!! For real that thing is dangerous
Waxing legs, twerking, kissing frogs... You will do anything for viewers to be happy 🤣😂. Glad to see my favorite moderator 🤩hi Kati Anne. Glad y'all had fun
Some of the stuff you throw away and say is worthless or nothing is worth more than some of the things you're saving. That gold hair pin had mother of pearl set in it, being vintage that would be worth money. You also threw away a few other gems in previous videos 😔
@@MANVSMYSTERY I'm not an expert at all. It's all a learning process, it's lovely to see you and your family have so much fun and working as a team. That's the most important thing of all.
If you haven't introduced yourself to Dr. Lori (Lori Ann Verderame, PhD) on RUclips and her own site, you "need" to, you'll make more money if you follow her. You already have a "clue" that "clostume jewelrey is valuable, but some of the pieces you found are probably worth more than "gold." Start watching her. Also, though you had a good idea which items weren't pearls, as Dr. Lori says, "NEVER PUT A PEARL BETWEEN YOUR TEETH" to see if it's gritty, you "devalue it" when you do that. Dr. Lori instructs you how to "determine" real pearls from manufactured pearls-- 'you got a good thing going, I'd say that "haul" of Costume Jewelry is worth close to $100,000.00 or more (if you market it and sell it in the right places)! You found a treasure trove. Dr. Lori's like a "personal tutor" on all things antique and, for this find, your Costume Jewelry (don't start selling it until you watch her instruction on the items you have here) a major find (I do hope you find the match to that one starfish/starburt clip earing--and, be careful with the piece that fell out of the one pair of clip costume jewelty, Dr. Lori will tell you how to get it repaired so you get the "best price"! Also, that one "pocket watch," still has its original "crystal," its values at this point is unknown, depending on the "jewels" which determines the movement, be regardful of it. (Please, please be more careful when you're shuffling through "Costume Jewelry," simply by bumping one piece against another piece you can devalue its worth.) AND, WEAR WHITE COTTON GLOVES WHEN HANDLING COSTUME JEWELREY, 'even though its "NOT COOL." By touching it with your hand you get oil and debris on each peice (which depreciates its value). ...maybe "even" set the costume jewelry boxes aside and do a separate video on them using precaution--and, don't let "Kati" riffle through your find (very sweet of you, but, by doing so you disrupted the "chain of custody" on the pieces she showed on her site which are now "not as valuable" as they would have been had you shown them yourself). If you want to be a "professional," "be a professional!" Dr. Lori will even tell you were to sell to get the best price!
You won't be able to "retire" on this "Costume Jewelry Find," but you can make a down payment on a house, invest in the stock-maket (if you mind 'the p's & q's of appraising Costume Jewelry): and, with that "find" you can actually establish yourself as a professional and expert 'if you get the "correct" information and handle the jewelry correctly!"
I 'think" you have it in because you already demostrated keen insight into the value of your find, you're still into the "RUclips" 'see what I 'found mentality! With your keen sense of targeting storage bins, I think it has something to do with "sixth sense," if you play it right, you could be "movin right up!"
Chain of Custody: Original owner (find out the name), storage site, you, 'then "Kati." How 'bout 'just keep it, "Original owner, storage site/auctioner, you, 'no Kati!" And, to sell, it would be: "Original Owner, storage owner/auctioner, you." Lots MORE money!
P.S., your wife can handle the costume jewelry (with white cotton gloves), since you're married, "she" is "considered the same as you in "Chain of Custody." If you're NOT married, that would be considered, legally, an additional "link" in the 'Chain of Custody.
If it were old ivory, because he has the provenance to prove it is old, and brought into the country LEGALLY during WWII, it would not be illegal for him to sell it.

Love love love the jewelry!!! Also I’m a hairstylist of 43 years and I still use matrix color and I still use that flat topper comb!! So cool!!! 😎
As an ebay jewelry seller my heart is pounding at looking at the jewelry finds. So fun!!
Dang!!! That’s a LOT of costume jewelry! Beautiful! 💕
Oh my that jewelry music box is nice and worth 80.00 on ebay dang good find!
A lot of this jewelry reminds me of what my grandmother and Mom had. Some is really beautiful
29:00 That ring may have a matching set of earrings and possible necklace. My Mom had a set with that same design.
You definitely find some neat stuff 😁
23:09 Watching this particular video, I am feeling the same emotion I feel when it's Christmas and I'm about to open gifts from people who know me either very very well, or simply, sufficiently-well-enough . . .
Kati looked like she was having fun. Maybe next year once the Rona clears, we can all take turns unloading the truck 😃
Yes!!! ❤️
I had SO much fun, Moriah!!!
That flat topper and all of the color is worth alot.
That sweeper is a fuller brush company award for a door to door sales man.
That's a $50+ antique whistle. Nice find!

This was such a fun day! Thank you, Jason!
You are more than welcome sweetheart. It was amazing to meet you in person!!
That turquoise piece is for your hair. The pin keeps the hair in place. Chances are it's real silver and real turquoise.
Ohh man I want that suitcase of ephemera!
Baby power is good to put on jewelry when it is tangled like that

Oh I would be so happy to have this box and the sarah cov ring if you are selling it
If I lived closer (I'm in Wa State) I'd go thru all of the jewelry for free and love every single minute of it!😊💜
Don't let her! Nice as Ms. Micheal Hodge is!
@@eleanorwittering3126 Why not😮? I'd split the work between you and me!😜
Love it when RUclipsrs get together! Good video and love all the jewelry! I subscribed to Katie's channel.
Thank you, Jo-Anne!!! :)
Bleep!
The ball inside the whistle is cork.
Off to Kati's chennel...

You missed the best ring the ruby in gold in the green box.
Sooo much Fun! Loved it. Only thing that would make it better...if PaPa was going through it with you!
The little compact clean up should sell for about $12.00 -$15.00.....don't throw away.
You should sell the Reed & Barton necklace separately. It could be worth between $25.00 and $150.00.
I am for sure interested in buying some items from the box Sarah Cov is my favourite designer and she sells very quickly
I paused at 7:23. I saw yarn. 😁
24:02 they are peacock feather eyes
Sheffield silverware can be very good it's a British silverware maker and can fetch good money if its vint6
Hammy from over the hedge. ( But i want the cookie) 🐿️🍪 lol. Yall always have so much fun😂
Long wood & metal Texas nutcracker works great on pecans. Regular crackers tend to crush them.
Awesome video !! Subbed to Kati
Thank you!
i thought you were in or near oklahoma when you mentioned a certain town in one of your recent hoarder videos ... god bless
Judy Lee brooch can sell for a good price.
A lot of costume jewelry goes for a lot of money more then gold and silver :-)
A lemur!😂😂 from Madagascar
I have that same whistle
I like the Opel can I buy it
Avon sells sterling silver jewelry 😉
The thing kati described as a mini vacuum cleaner is an old fashioned razor
Sarah Coventry is an old brand of very fine costume jewelry, if I remember right it was expensive back in the day.
check all the rhinestones. Some r worth a lot!💎
22:55 I'd wear that . . . if I own any fancy-fancyish clothes to match . . . at least color-wise . . .
Might want to check the envelopes patterns , if she was sewing for someone she could of put there money in the patterns mom did

Hey Thomas!!
I’ll get the big knitted jewelry out of the mess for you.
HI kati Anne
Hi Bonnie!
@@KatiAnne87 looks like you are having lots of fun. That's so good for you. Hugs
@@bonniezimlich1403 yes ma'am! So much fun!
Avon stuff are collectibles sometimes.
You should sell the brooches and other jewellery on eBay and not in a job lot as you have a lot of good pieces that could be worth a fair amount
Love the ALS shirt. I have lost 4 close people to me. Plus lots of other I personally know. Sad sad disease. I miss my friends.
Do you ever check the patterns for money? Hoarders hide money there too!😊😊😊😊
13:07 Personally, I'd have washed it out, well, and then turned it into a locket . . . but that's just me . . .
I hear a little girl scream coming. Lol

Her link isnt working..😪
Had to laff... An vintage Avon solid perfume box and you are going to trash it!. "I don't know what Sheffield is." Please! Find out fast.!
You should watch Blue Bus Dave RUclips channel as he buys and sells broaches on his channel/ebay!
Hopefully the weather hasn't effected the color and developer. As far as that goes hopefully none of chemical made products are damaged.
Matrix products is good , maybe she was a cosmetologist
Check the date on the hair die
I've seen folks buy jewelry boxes at auction and they get .....................................$10.
