I think the touchpad was removed because the phone and other cables often interfered with it and occasionally switched menus. Overall it's more convenient to use MBUX with the touch screen. The interior looks nice and I'm looking forward to see GLB 2024!
Please, Please, Please Mercedes, put a heated steering wheel on more cars, in particular the GLA 250e. I suffer from Arthritis, and it would help so much. Nearly all other Hybrid/PHEV makers include the heated wheels as standard.
Agree, the touchpad was awesome, removing it is a big minus for me. Not a big fan of steering wheel. Loved my A200 AMG line premium executive 2019 model ( with touchpad ) great review & vid.

Currently got a 23 plate GLC 220d on the NELS scheme here in the UK that is going back in a few weeks. Unfortunately, they didn't have any GLC models to choose from as a replacement so I'm downgrading to a GLA 220d Prem Plus. It won't be as good but this video has made me feel a little better about it. And the added bonus is that the insurance and fuel costs will be less.

Don't like the color! Red is a dangerous color on the road! In the USA you pay more car insurance because of the color. I do like the new model. I own myself 2020 Gray Black Gla 250 4 Matic Filly loaded turbo fast and furious 9 gears. Not really a lot of changes to the 2024 just the front grill and a little the inside.

Changes for the worse include the lack of a touchpad and buttons on the steering wheel. You can't order ventilated seats either.

Get over the touch pad, it was useless and your phone sits on the wireless charger.
