Oh John is so lovely..he is often down here in west cork..we are hoping he will buy a house and stay here..he is so happy 😊 here..and he is loved here...😃😃😛
It is a great sadness of this society where people let their elderly (parents and relatives) reach a point where they are suffering loneliness...old people are hard work sometimes but that is age related not their fault...be there for your elders!
Imran Ali u realise some people are lonely because they have no relatives? Maybe they’ve passed away or something, have a think before u write a daft comment

i'm 45, i had a piercing when i was at college but not since but recently thought about it again, ive decided not to do that but i might go for one of those ear cuff things that clip on the outside of the ear, they look alright, but another thing is ive wanted tattoos for years but never did, mainly because i dont do needles, but i might jump over that cliff next year
He could add a microchip to his earring so his family can find him in case he gets lost (especially in Wexford!) bwahaha! Such a shame I missed his show in Ireland... Has anyone been to see him?
I live in Wexford. John played the speigeltent venue here around the time of our opera festival last October as a warm up gig for his British tour. Always regretted not getting tickets as it was sold out in minutes. Hopefully he'll come back soon.
As good as his intentions are, the death kneel of a comedian is this half hearted social conscience stuff. As if he is going over ot every old person to make sure they are okay? Also, how patronisong is that anyway even if it was any sort of reality.

What a beautiful human being. Loved the comment re older people. Kindness makes the world go round.
Ive met him twice and he really is the most down to earth and pleasant guy.
Good god, he's aging like a fine wine. So much sexier now with the greys in his hair and beard!
Oh yes, yum.

Makes me proud to be a Scouser great comedian
I think his guardian angel has a big soft spot for him. He,s definitely not alone in this life.
He look so handsome.
Doctor Who fan, came to check him out after the announcement, now I'm in love:P
I love this guy. That piercing at 50 is nothing - I got my first tattoo at 60! :D
Good for you!! 😄👍🏼

He's gorgeous and had his head screwed on right. 🤩
This guy disappeared off the scene but I remember this guy being hilarious, need to get him back on the scene

John is so fine!
Thanks for being a hug fans
Omg adore him
Surely if anyone of any age looks lost and alone needs someone to just go over and chat
Of course, it’s normal thing to do.
a guy like John sounds truly awful how he shoved them aside all his life.
The fact is you get that old people’s look from most - my mum used to say it and it’s true...

You don't have to. ❤
So be kind to old people, never know, you might see Ross sitting alone.
Oh damn. Between him and Jodie Whittaker the TARDIS is going to need a built in subtitle function XP
Bahaha yeah I think it’s ok if you British but I think Americans or people from other countries are gonna struggle😅
Oh boy oh boy you’re right
You know, none in the audience said hello to the next older person they saw

sure that's easy for 'im to say. they'll corner you. and they won't let you go!
Oh, so this is who the new Doctor Who companion is..
Yep :-)
i say hello to older people and they tell me to sod off
May we have subtitles for when the delightful Australian interviewee speaks? I’m sure he has some good things to say. Thanks awfully.
Bless him, he was going great guns until the hidden away piercing was uncovered....
butterz
basically he bumped and ignored older people for over fifty years,
and now he’s going to say hello to older folks,
Gosh so big of you John
Who knew Jamie Carragher was so funny 🤣🤣
the accent is a detriment
I don't find him funny?
