    What fuel was he running in it? Alcohol or kerosene I bet.

      Yeah. I saw that. It’s funny, I had a disagreement with a fellow online who insisted that he had been told that 123 would burn kerosene.

      Coleman fuel, or some people put petrol in them, but to me that is too dangerous.

      @@Thereal111t Dear Paul , kerosene, or rather paraffin as we call it in the UK , was the usual fuel for these stoves. As Charlie said in the video, paraffin does have a invasive odour and you're better off using Coleman fuel. Folks in the US tend to try Heet or petrol in these stoves which might run , but are dirty sooty things and the petrol has lots of additional additives in it nowadays. Happy Trails.
