You should be able to use that to send your own email to your customer about what they were planning to buy.

You can use 'flows' or 'automation' applications such as 'Power Automate' or 'Zapier' as they will be reacting to webhook events to send those emails. This way you can automate with your preferred email template generator. Here are some examples of 'flows': zapier.com/apps/email/integrations/stripe and zapier.com/apps/stripe/integrations/mailchimp.
