I don't know shit about boilers but I'm trying to troubleshoot why boiler isn't kicking on so your video is helpful although it would be way more helpful if you had what you were actually doing in the frame of the video. I needed to see the wires you were testing!
It is the same video. First upload I was told very hard to hear. Second attempt no volume. This one I watched after it uploaded and to me the sound was good. All the new dampers come with the plastic motor housing. The metal ones been discontinued at least 10 years ago
Dealing with a Field control damper on a Pennco gas boiler. My plumber past away so I can’t call him. He installed the unit for me. It was a used unit. Got rid of oil and switched to LP. I can jumper the terminals on the damper control board, switch in the service position and that is the only way I can use the unit. Motor on the damper works fine. Called field controls which was useless. They say to change the damper controller, probably a bad relay. It’s a simple circuit board. I want to try changing the relay. You think it’s worth a shot?
I saw in one of your videos you said you were in Wayne is that NJ and if so do you still come this way I need some help with a compressor not turning on HVAC I believe it's low on refrigerant
Your camera looks too low to the ground either pick up your head, or look in the sky, so the camera is looking at your hands, or move the camera on your head
lousy vidio ..u kept the cammera away from what u were doing with the wires when probing n u mest up on the damper the first time,, need to explan n show what your doing

Open the chimney vent and bypass the switch and done till you replace it
