Thanks I refunded My sentinels of light vandal (fully upgraded with all variants) Incase some people dont understand once you have submitted the ticket you need to not reply to the email but on the riot support site at the top go to "My tickets" it should be there. once on it scroll to the bottom of the ticket then I replied to the bot with the same message from the ticket and it basically sends it through to the actual employees not the robots.
Just wanted to add that as far as I'm aware you can only refund a used or upgraded skin if it was brought in the past 90 days for the one time exception so if it isn't working for anyone it may be because you purchases it more than 90 days ago

You can refund any usable content even though its upgraded to max with color variants, as long as you purchased it 14 days ago you will get your refund.

yep it worked for me, i was being honest with them when i said i upgraded skin level and so... however, they can make this exception (atleast happened to me and others by reading the comment sections) that this will occur only one time. and by one time it means ONE AND ONLY in your LIFETIME ACCOUNT. so be very careful... when buying skins... do not make the same mistake i did... if you do buy for the second time and you upgraded, or even just using it in game they won't refund your used skin again

you can only use that method if u havent upgraded it and havent used it. you have to submit a ticket if you used ther skin or upgraded it.
