i want to ask bro, mine says "YOU DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING AVAILABLE FOR AN IN-GAME REFUND CURRENTLY!” and you say that the skin must be within 3 month, but mine was like 20 days. The admin says "be eligible for the refund, the item must be: purchased within 14 days, unused, not yet been upgraded", and the admin says to click "Get My Order History" and the result is nothing. So is mine cant be refund cause past 14 days? or there's another way to refund it cause you says within 3 month. Thankyou

I have sent the ticket but the return system does not appear. They talk I have used and upgraded my skin, even though I bought it wrong and realized after a few seconds, I haven't used it and haven't upgraded.. has the riot system started to break and can't properly investigate the user account

I'll leave this for anyone watching in 2024, The refund system is kind of weird and is phrased in a wrong way, Basically, When you access the refund menu when you buy variants for a skin, The refund page will only show the variants of the gun, However if you refund that variant: The weapon skin, Levels and all variants are refunded even if they are used or upgraded, Just know that this is a ONE TIME EXCEPTION, You only get to do this once in your account (So if you want to this to a different skin again, It simply wont let you refund that, even the support wont help you) , The only limitation to this rule is that the skin has to be under a 90 day or 3 month period, If for any reason, the Refund Menu does not show up the skin you want to refund, its best to contact support for getting one, Just phrase it correctly that you wish to refund a upgraded skin and use the One time Exception your account gets. That's about it, I purchased the XEROFANG vandal 50 days ago, Did not like it after using for like a lot of games, I definitely used it for 100 hours+ and got a refund for it, Hope this helps yall!
