- In this video, I went to 3 Michelin Star Restaurants for 1 meal. I was joined by one of my followers who works at Jungsik.
We first visited Jungsik, a Michelin Two Star Korean restaurant for some quick bites which turned into a full tasting menu. We then went to Crown Shy, a Michelin One Star New American restaurant for some extra food and cocktails. Finally, we went to SAGA, a Michelin Two Star Restaurant. We specifically went to Overstory, the bar inside SAGA situated on 64th floor to have some final cocktails. Overstory is also the No.7 on North America's 50 Best Bar list.

Thanks and I know 😭 I actually did a lot of research, and until very recently I've figured out something. I think it was because my early Michelin videos went viral which get targeted by search term and those searches attracted a lot of people who are only interested in fine dining content and nothing else, and whenever I make something other than that topic, those people don't watch, and because the way RUclips discovery works, if the initial data isn't good, RUclips don't push them, stifle my growth.
I recently made a difficult decision by unlisting a bunch of my earlier Michelin videos including the one that brings me the most traffic, hopefully it will force RUclips to pivot away from search term and start recommending my content to the right audiences. After all, my channel is about discovering food and culture, and fine dining is but a small subset of what I do. Thanks for staying with me!

All cocktails were pretty good but the rice cocktail was definitely one of my favorites! I also liked the avocado one, the banana one and the coconut one.
man I lost it when you in perfect Italian said "Parmigiano Reggiano" ahahahah you need to go to Cannavacciuolo "Villa Crespi" in Italy . Or to "Le Calandre" by Masimiliano ALajmo , the youngest chef ever with 3 stars Michelin .

感谢！我最近研究了很久数据终于发现了一些端倪，由于我早期米其林视频火了导致油管认为我只做米其林并且把我频道和米其林关键字挂钩。这本身不是什么坏事儿但是关键词流量在我这里占了绝大多数（而不是推荐流量）导致通过关键字来的人只对米其林感兴趣，所以只要我发其他内容这些人就不看，影响播放数据，然后油管就不会进一步推送让我长期瓶颈。
最近我艰难地下架了很多我早期的米其林视频，包括观看量最大的那些，希望这样可以纠正油管推荐系统把我视频推送到真正感兴趣的人。感谢一直支持！

Btw, To each their own preferences but Any farmer or southeast Asians can tell you, all the flavors of cilantro is in the stem and not in the leaves or flowers
Yeah it could be difficult to word this in English that's not confusing, so I used "3 Michelin star restaurants" not "a 3 Michelin star restaurant".
And yes cilantro stem has the strongest flavor, but as a garnish on top I probably don't want to have stems? The flower part seems to have a much more potent flavor than the leaves.

Hmm... hi, I just went back and checked all my videos in past four months which should be considered recent, and those are Dhamaka, trip to Mexico, Tagmo, SAGA, Zaab Zaab, street food or restaurants in my neighborhood, etc, and none of them were advertisements.
