Moscato walking

Moscato is a 9-yr-old Thoroughbred / Percheron / Holsteiner mare housed at Broken Spoke Stables near Hickman, NE. She's about 17hh. She has back leg problems, and appears to be underfed. The stable owner feeds her 14 lbs of hay and no grain every day.
They're trying to find her a new home, but the stable owner was very fuzzy on whether they had the right to sell her out from under her legal owner.
