0.8 for most zoom types helps me and 1.2 for x and y axis. Loving the game but sound bug annoying. Firing a gun and not hearing the shot is deflating
Switching to a grenade and back should fix it. At least it's a small workaround till it gets fixed
Or switch to your pistol shoot one time and take back your primary or you can even grab a gun on the ground shoot it then grab back your gun its faster
I haven't noticed that problem but I'm gonna look for it now.

Do you guys have problem with leaning whilst using an 2 x scope on console? If i lean with r3 on ps5 it keeps bringing me to the second scope. Anyone knows a fix?

I find that 1.0 - 1.8 is best for pretty much everything when ADS is at 0.4 - 0.6 so well done
I like having higher x and y axis with lower aim down sight speed. More accurate when looking down sights but you can still whip around and cover your six.
Choosing left handed layout doesn’t work. How can this problem be fixed. I choose left handed apply settings saved and still plays w movement on the right. I want to look w right. How can i set to left handed ?

It seems crazy but when I play on my 55' TV on base PS4, I use 70.0 FOV (slow pace gameplay style) and in every matches I usually get between 15 - 30 kills with +- 5 deaths.

You can change all buttons in ACCESSIBILITY on you console settings go to button assignments..I changed aim and shooting to L1 R1 and switch my crouch and prone with melee with circle and r3
They really need to add this! I only use bumpers on shooters.
Every FPS should have a Flip L2 R2/L1 R1 idk why its so difficult for them to add that to the control schemes. Im an old head and hopelessly stuck on using bumpers for triggers. Wish the PlayStation would let us save multiple custom controller schemes in accesibility.

Vibrations all the way to the max, I want to feel the shot. I want to feel like pulling something and get the kinetic energy back somehow.
You should look into an audio transducer as well if you can work it into your gaming setup. You can make one super easy and fairly cheap. People mostly use them for sim racing but I love it for shooters. Love feeling helicopters and tanks roll by. Plus it really makes the gun shots feel amazing

My walking speed is so slow on standard settings en when i look around its so laggy anyone else had this problem?
I hate the fact that ADS focus is RB it don't feel right rather have it as right stick pushed gotta auto lean on so don't mind losing that
never used auto focus once due to this.

Can you make the compass smaller? It's a useful tool for sure but I play with it off because it's so damn big. I like emersion. I turn the hud almost all the way off on every game I play. I agree the compass is super helpful but the size gets me man
I'm having quite a serious issues on console... if I use any 2×-1× scope it automatically changes zoom when I lean right and I don't know how to fix it
Its because its a dual scope awotches from 2x zoom to 1x zoom
Thats a bug, its need to be fixed in the next update. Look in the comments as you can see a lot of people have this problem. Just restart the game

I have Dismemberment on but it doesnt even show impact holes at dead bodys? And no severed limbs at all if i kill someone dies by an explosion?
Try mag dumping a dead man in the head, his head should pop after 10 rounds or so

@@flowerpower003 Yea I even got in contact with New World Interactive, they said they'd look into it but I don't know, the high ping makes it almost impossible to play pvp
They need to really fix the bugs in the game for base xbox one consoles, every time I ADS to shoot an enemy the screen goes flashes black and I loose place of where the enemy is and he kills me, super annoying there is also a obnoxious bright green flashing light when you zoom down a sniper rifle scope, its an annoying glitch that really needs fixing, but the game is amazing! Love it so far just wish the bugs would get fixed and the game would stop crashing for base xbox one consoles... they also need to add in more game modes for PVP and bot game modes

@@GamingNacho no it just needs some fixing and more updates and it's a great game, the controls and movement feel a lil sluggish and restrictive, can't vault things that should easily be vaultable

How do you talk on the mic in the PS4 version during game play? What button to push? Everyone can hear me on the mic during the pick the map screen but not during game play.
L1 is push to talk, but the game has proximity so enemies can hear you
when i lean right it also changes the zoom of the scope, how can i solve?

@@GamingNacho even in the loadout when i go on a scope with the magnifier it tells me to use it hold L2 and than press R3
I just dislike how you have to press rb on Xbox to hold your breath. Most games it’s holding the stick, feels weird

@Newsbender im probably one of the only few, it shows since the game has been out since 2018 and only now they realised there's button config/bind issues with aiming down sights and hitting R3/RThumbstick

that was never a thing lol. it automatically leans with no ads turning around a corner.

So copied your sens and instantly had to bump it up to like 3.5 but aim is not smooth it’s like it sticks you Carnt drag your scope on to anything g it just stops

nope I was gutted about this as I have to use toggle to aim since I had an accident. I realised this after I already bought the game today

unfortunately, for console, you can only lean while aiming.

@@Bagginsdogma Most likely yes. Only a few games on console actually allow you to lean w/out aiming. Just happens to be the culture.
If they allow binding your own buttons then maybe you can set your own mapping and hopefully lean can be it own separate thing.
That depends if NWI will make a patch to allow that.

Imagine a competitive online racing game with a "brake assist" or a "turn assist". It blows my mind that so many console players are not only ok with this, but they demand it. I have zero issue with aim assists in a single player game but come on. There shouldn't be an option for "aim dampening" in a game like this.
I agree. And in most cases it feels like cheating. The worst of the worst are rockstar for sure. No free aim ruined red dead 2 for me. In this game it actually is horrible tho. I didnt know it was part of the game at first, was wondering why i spent an hour and a half getting a hang of the recoil control in the range, then wondering why it all went to shit when i was shooting at actual enemies. Its probably a huge help for snipers for sure, but i turned it off right away bc it ruins the muscle memory you build controling any of the automatic guns.
Honestly it doesn’t have to make sense to someone using their entire arm to aim vs one finger.
Anyone knows m&kb have an advantage in this game based purely on precision aim. I’ve never seen a bigger group of babies “we paid more for our console why do THEY get aim assist?!”.

Why would there need to be an assist of any kind if everyone is on the same playing field? I hate to break it to you, but you don't need aim assist. And it absolutely should NOT be an option in a hardcore focused multiplayer game like this. And don't try to change the subject with that mouse and keyboard bs. I'm well aware that aiming with a mouse is vastly superior to aiming on a joystick. This is a video about a console release.

I contacted the support about this. They said it's not supported from launch but if the community wants it they could add it. So let's make them hear it. I want this too.

This game is garbage on the Xbox it crashes and plays horrible it glitches and the textures load while you play and often my gun won’t be available at all or the optic will be missing etc I’ve asked Microsoft for a refund and have been denied I’m furious mad
Would've been nice to see some of the other default control schemes they have to offer. Using bumpers to switch weapons is keeping me from buying this. PS4 only lets you remap 1 controller change and stupidly doesn't let you have different control schemes saved for different games. The games should just let you customize every button but they don't. Shame to skip a game because of bad button layouts
PS4 Settings -> Accessibility -> Button Assignments
I mentioned this, ps4 accessibility only lets you save 1 remap at a time. Don't want to go through that everytime I switch games

@@Wintercide PS4 custom button assignments only let you save 1 custom layout. My 1 is a flip L1L2/R1R2 for games that don't have a trigger flip in game settings. Too much of a pain to set up an entirely new custom layout just for this one game just to have to erase it again when I want to play something else that needs custom triggers. This game in particular looks way different than alot of FPS layouts but I don't know. He didn't show in the video.

PvP is repetitive asf. Can only deal with PvE. And then the sound, I’m sick of the guns going silent. Hate that I can’t vault over simple objects and the GRAPHICS! there’s no excuse for how shit the graphics are. Though despite all of this I’m hooked on PvE simply for the lack of FPSs on the PS5. Hurry up BTF.

This game is incredible it’s everything i hoped it’d be hopefully this will convince more developers to do tactical shooters.
I just hope they add more to it like c4 claymores more defend a building house and having to tactically take it over etc but game is extremely good specially for just being released

They need to fix the the controls, if you use a scope with magnifier or a red dot/ iron sight attached to it you can’t peek right without messing with your scope first

Leaving "manual bipod deploy" off, means you have it set to Automatic deployment. Imho it gets in the way and setting it to manual is better.

The game sucks because I want to put my dead zone on 0, not 0.1500. There is still “dead zone” there, hence making precise aim harder.
