Converting Landsat 8 DN to Top of Atmosphere Reflectance and Radiance ||A QGIS tutorial!!

Is it directly converted TOA reflectance ? or unitless planetary reflectance (0 - 1)??

I downloaded my zip file (Landsat 8 data package) from the USGS Server. Now I want to select the data zip file but it dont show up in my list. Can u help me? :(
