I’m a very smart black student, and people try to stereotype me, threaten to fight me, gossip about me, etc. They focus more on me and what I’ve got going on than their own grades, that’s why they can’t even get near my level. I know you wrote this a year ago. However it's not ok and it's common but in my opinion gossip isn't normal at all but a sad, useless habit that reflects only on the gossipers. No one really likes or trusts you when you gossip with them because common sense shows they would gossip ABOUT you in the same breath with just anything not even close to the truth because of nothing better to do.
This helped me discover some false assumptions I had about myself. The way I judged myself for things that simply aren't true. And since our outer reality reflects our inner world, i now understand my own assumptions/ phobia of ppl assuming the worst about me. It's a reflection of my relationship with my inner being. I didn't realize it, but I'd internalized societal racism/ stereotypes/ prejudices about my own race... and carried these assumptions as if they were my own assumptions/ beliefs about myself. Thank you so much for your support in my journey to know myself again.

Thank you for this, lately some people I don't talk with as much are acting sort of strange toward me (no bad blood between us just misunderstandings) and I have anxiety for what they may be saying about me. I hope this helps ease some of that anxiety and any possible things being said/thought. It's probably just in my head but so much stress is caught in my body from it

Why am I so grateful for this! I was kind of not well liked because of fake rumours and assumptions but I made it my mission for my last year of school to be extremely kind and compassionate and not gossip like everyone else and it worked in my favour so well!! I became rlly popular and well liked, old conflicts were resolved peacefully and calmly and maturely all working out in my favour because now everyone knows me to be very nice chill and mature. My best friend (L) and I became closer and she never spilt any of my secrets which also helped clear shy gossip and biases and assumptions. People know me to be funny, kind and caring and I’m so grateful for this sub for doing it

Hi 💜 In general reiki is a technique for energy healing. 🏥🕉️ In many ways it works like a subliminal, still it's about healing, not programming certain thoughts, so it can be safer to use for more complicated and sensitive topics.
To accept it just think or say that you accept it. Energy, that this video was charged with, would be sent to you. Reiki energy is considered to be smart, so it will only work with what you are ready and able to heal.
