Thanks so much for pointing this out! I had Shadow of Death in mind, but you're absolutely right! it’s from the Soul Harvester talent in the hero tree, not Hellcaller. I’ll pin this comment for future reference. So, when using Soul Rot, You don’t need to factor in the 3 Soul Shards to avoid overcapping when using it in combination with Hellcaller. Appreciate the correction!

@@dio2953 I have experienced the same struggle, aspecially with keys below +8, when others in your group do high damage, this will impact your dmg in a huge negative way. When trash dies fast, your dots just dont have time to do alot of damage. Ive been doing some testing, and at this moment, I would recommend going Soul harvester in M+. In this build I have had more succes doing faster damage! One important note, I always try to precast the pack the tank is going to pull! you want your seed of corruption in there as fast as possible, and dont always try to get all 4 dots up, if shit dies fast. try spamming malefic rapture a bit faster, specially with the 4 set equiped. Hope this helps out a bit.

Mainly plater! The Weak Aura is to make it visually better for me on my main target! I spread my dots by AoE (SoC & VT) and can see on my plater profile if they are spread or not. I dont need to track Haunt or UA on them do.

The [Withering Bolt] talent is indeed included in the single-target build, which you can find in the talent tree import links provided below the video AND shown on-screen during the '4 Best Talent Trees' section. Since this guide wasn't meant to go in-depth on the class spec tree, I didn't break down every talent in detail or it would have been an hour video. Appreciate the feedback, though! I'll consider diving deeper into specific talents in future guides!
Our damage numbers will get fixed probably, seems pretty high if you know what you're doing and can maintain DoTs - As long as they dont mess with the playstyle, Aff is really fun and clean to play right now (suffers in low keys when things die quick)
Just saying a true player will always beat a WA user. Never rely on crutches or you'll become lazy. Top pvp players dont use it. Learn your character naturally. Go ahead im waiting on the hate replies lol
@@PULAG A true player always wants to find the most ergonomic aspect for his practice, and saying "true player" with the fact that the basic interface of wow is dogsh!t, does not make yourself a rightful "player". You would even say that using moveanything would make me a bad player, when ultimately blizzard had more than a decade after to bend the knee and adopt this feature, of a free adjustment of this dogsh!t interface. Touché, that's my coup de grâce.

There are no hard caps or anything like that for Aff but be aware of the diminishing returns that secondary stats have.

It’s not 4 dots though, it’s 2 for anything other than prio target

The worst afflac rn can backpeddle , not know where he is going and somehow still get you to 25% health without knowing what his keybinds are .

The dots are crazy dmg from the start lol. I never got a chance to toss a shadow bolt yet, only lvl 39 so far. They just die so fast

I used power aura with sounds about 3 sec before my dots failed, does it count as lazy ?
