Before getting this mouse, women ignored me, my weight kept increasing, I eventually got depressed. But after I got this mouse, nothing change but I have this mouse and it's cool.
Same here, before I used this mouse I was a fat gamer loser playing league everyday, now I play fortnite and am now 6 ft 2 in with hot chicks all around me
Yeah. I used to be a loser. Now im still a loser.
@@joemoe2763 id consider playing league every day better than playing fortnite once a lifetime
@@maybeoptify why?
@@zod1aq because fortnite is the game equivalent of hitler
i dont even really game anymore but still always watch these reviews. they are just strangely entertaining, even though i'm probably never going to bother changing from the old ass puretrak talent + IE3.0 combo. good stuff mate!
Appreciate the support
I have a theory that boardzy’s initial video’s are all false so he can make more content correcting it later.
I got this mouse for my brother in law for Christmas. I included the battery adapter and some AAA lithium batteries. So far, he's loving it. It's honestly the best wireless budget option.
I have an odd relationship with this mouse. Keep buying newer and legit better mice but after a few months I just come back to it. After switching out the feet and adding some grip tape as well as the (aa to aaa conversion) its now my main. Great review as always!
Yo this is exactly my situation as of the moment. I’ve tried so many mice after buying this one (Viper Mini, Orochi V2, Model O/O Minus/ D/D Minus wireless, Katana Superlight, GPW, Xlite V1/V2/V2 Mini, Rakk Talan Air, Fantech Xd3) and I still go back to the ol’ reliable g304, I wish logitech brings the superlight treatment to this shape. As of now, I am maining mine with Huano Blue Shell Pink Dot switches and it feels so good to play with.
@@aaronmiguel2036 Same situation here, not sure anything will replace my G305, if we ever got a superlight version it would be endgame for sure. Have you done any weight mods to yours apart from the standard aa>aaa?
@@bruceycs nope, its weird but I dont feel that much of a difference in weight compared to my RVM and other lightweight mice, its just around 40-50g so it aint much. I want the G304 to have rechargeability and better shell integrity, mine creaks so much and the cover is so loose now
same but i just need another g305 and better skates for it
This comment resonates with me as well. I was using the Logitech G203 **Prodigy** (The model before the lightsync) for years. I upgraded to a G203 Lightsync recently because my old mouse was starting to double click and some of the buttons (Scroll Click, and one of the side buttons were not working). I felt that the Lightsync had a "heavier" click, not sure if it was out of the box or just a new mouse thing. I've always been a Logitech mouse guy for life but I used this as an opportunity to try out new mice. Deathadder Mini, Viper Mini, Viper Ultimate, Logitech G502... used these in a span of months but I find myself back to the G203 lightsync, and now my main mouse for who knows how long.
I've actually been using this for half a year now, great budget mouse. The sensor is amazing (for me at least) and I got it for abt $35 shipped
Do you still use it
And have yoou had any broplwm
I loved how brutally honest this review was and your krunker clips were insane
I picked up this mouse for 20 bucks that came with a g240 mousepad at Walmart. I mean its pretty insane for $20, and being able to make it 15-20 grams lighter by just changing the batteries is just really nice
I use the AAA + tinfoil ball for even better balancing. Feels very balanced now
didn't expect boardzy to be cracked, good shit
You can fix side buttons by putting some hard paper between buttons and switches. I did that and mine are super crispy now
OMG! I was just thinking about this one. nice video!
"and now i despise it a bit less" 😂
I'm using the g305 with the battery mod and with corepads for a month now and yeah I enjoy playing with the mouse. Also I didn't had to swap the battery yet
I loved my g305. Bought a batteryadapter and used aaa lithium battery. I know use a model-o wireless but its hard to get used to the much bigger shape.
Is this mouse suitable for 3D modeling like cad, sketchup, revit and so on?
I’ll be using mainly for such tasks and looking for a reliable mouse. Would you recommend g304 for such usage.
Which feet would you recommend more between the corepads and tiger arc?
This is my favorite mouse, tied with the Zowie FK shape.
Ayo Boardzy where do you get the Air58s? I can not find any for a reasonable price.
playing this on 5x speed, absolute banger video
You were right it was better
Good to see your back in business.
Grip tapes help the G305 a lot. And gaming without the battery cover helps with weight balancing.
I love these thumbnails so much
My old G305 had creaking on the sides and on top. You said that this batch had better build, so I’m thinking of buying another. Where did you buy it from, logitech’s website or Amazon?
I’m a god I only got clipped like a couple times
I still have the old g203 and was thinking of getting the g305, so this was some good timing
I have the tinfoil mod and the weight balancing is very very close to perfect
hi there recently i got a g305, have been using it pretty extensively, the mouse feet feels a bit worn out and the clicks were kinda garbage from day 1.
should i get corepads for the mouse feet and which switches should i get if i want more tactility, less noise and less actuation force
thx for the suggestions
I have issues with tap fire in CSGO with g203, it gets stuck kind of at the bottom threshold until it reset. Does g305 have the same issue ?
how is it's longevity? is it durable and last long? Personally I just play light gaming basically pubg and looking for something which last long.
Any suggestion pls
Love the Krunker gameplay!
The 305 needs a Superlight refresh
Yesnt
@@Ashtonj7116 Understandable
I would say the mouse they should make isn't a G305 Superlight, but simply a mouse in that price range with an internal battery and usb port.
Companies such as Logitech, Steelseries and Corsair seem to think that 50$ wireless needs to accept AA batteries for some reason.
Dunno how big that market actually is, so maybe just leave the G305 in that section, and make a seperate line with li-Po.
@@AVPancientPredator That's exactly what I meant by Superlight refresh! This shape is pretty popular. I think the market is only big thanks to the price, as less enthusiast people see a known logo slapped on top of an inexpensive mouse. It must be good then, not realizing that they are (in the case of the 305) seriously outdated in some aspect, whether it be weight, shape or battery type...
But then again you can't sell GPW's when there is something as good in the $50 price range.
@@jojothepro15 I'm sorry to tell you this, but this shape is not very good. The rounded sides make it a nightmare to grip in my opinion.
i drilled mine out to see how light i could get it.. didnt have any use for it so brought it to work and now get question as to why my mouse has a bunch of holes in it from colleagues.
i have a question when you shut off your computer do you have to turn off your mouse like flip the switch off from under the mouse or you could just leave it????
I fixed my little brothers g305 by doing the aaa mod and modding the bottom by making a bunch of neat holes only on the backside and the weight balancing is almost perfect. Feels great to play on even though I'm used to more premium mice. The corepads were the icing on the cake.
IVE BEEN WAITING ALL DAY
Why are your videos so relaxing? 😂
I just got my xm1 this morning and i swear to god it felt like a holding a g305/g203
boardzy you da goat love u man
Yes man brazil ftw
This mouse has been my main mouse for the longest time and then i recently moved to a Razer Viper Mini but the LOD and width wasn't doing it for me and now i'm back on the G305. This video couldn't have been better timed
You can fix the lod with a tape trick on the viper mini just search it up if u would like
Whats your hands size?
Hi, this mouse can modify DPI Cycle button to Gesture button?
Hey boardzy!
i currently have this mouse but im looking for an upgrade.
i was thinking of getting the darmoshark m3 , VGN F1 moba or even the ajaaz Aj199 but im not sure about their quality.
what do you think i should get ?
i have a budget of around 80$
i got the g305 for 20 bucks and put aaa battery should i get more mods
Instead of that addapter you can also use small spring from an old pen.
do another "best small mouse" video please!!
when will the endgame xm1r be more available
g305 or g203 for fast headshots?))) Which would you choose?
lmao @ the discord full of people talking about random shit and boardzy is just 100% silent
I just started pc gaming what mouse would you recommend for claw and medium sized hands?
Xm1
I got this mouse recently and I put an aluminum foil ball + a triple A battery and now it weighs the same as the G Pro Wireless but only cost me $39 converted
Mr Boardzy modded g203 or modded g305? tell me straight. I cant decide.
The stock g305 isn’t that bad if you rip the pcb
What is that
@@matthewevangelista3733 taking the pcb out and transplanting it to another shell. I’m doing that with a g pro shell
@@spykirbine1689 why would you do that lol
@@Max-ed5gr to make it lighter?
Boardzy, have you ever used the roccat HIRO mousepad? Just killer as it came out a few years ago and was supposed to be an artisan killer. I like it but it's heavy and small.
Haven't heard of it
Do you think the rival 3 wireless is better or worse
Bruh you should buy a Corsair katar pro, it’s like this mouse but a lot of people says that it’s better
Question: Should I get an GPW Superlight if I like the G305 shape and I fingertip grip?
Or you could rip out the internals and use a LR44 battery.. kinda shit battery life NGL but the mouse weight is around 65-70 grams now. (Don't quote me on weight) G305 is one of my favorite shapes...hope they release a lighter model in the future. There are some pretty extreme mods you can do to lower weight on this mouse.
You could stick with the g305 at that point
A little late but , Rival 3 wireless review??
Why does mouse need to be balanced in the middle?
All videos are good if BOARDZY makes them
The only wireless options at $50 besides the g305 are the rival 3 wireless and a random corsair egg clone, so only the rival 3 wireless.
I played on a Logitech M90 office mouse for many years and it's the shape that I find most appealing about the G305 and I really love it. The side buttons are a little mushy yes and need tightening. The stock feet just get eaten alive by any good mouse pad. Get 3rd Party feet or make your own
have this mouse and its a great budget wireless mouse, but i will probably upgrade to model o wireless, because i'm not that into g305 shape
Let's go bro, we now got gameplay! ;D
What keyboard and key caps are that bro ?
R u gonna review the mm731
I use this as an emergency mouse or if I'm going to a LAN and don't want to risk losing my main mouse.
g305 with like a aaa battery in a aa case thingy is actually really good
gameplay was pog
boardzy can i get the scope please.
How it's latency in this mouse
for some reasons I can kill more with this mouse (stock) rather than GPX. this is soo odd, but I love this mouse so much
Make the mousepad speed tier list!
link scope crosshair
Only real ones were in the discord vc when he was getting clips
for me the switch fro g402 to g305 the scroll wheel is slightly laggy for b hopping or something and i have the wireless dongle like 20 cm away
Try reviewing the G603, I wonder what you'd think of that mouse which is another wireless mouse in the $40-60 range
It’s trash
@@Ashtonj7116 I just wanted to see his opinion on it ;-;
@@nBeastly it's even heavier than this mouse
I've been using this for a year now and I've never changed the battery once
Can't wait til a new G305 comes out. Feel like this mouse is perfect for my hands. Keep trying lighter newer mice and always come back to the g305. And my aim is always better with it. Just wish they released a lighter version of it. Thought the Orochi v2 would hold me down until a new G305 but the sens feels higher for some reason. Maybe the sensor location.
Fingers crossed for a G305 super light.
probably cuz of dpi deviation just find it and move
As a matter of fact I thought this was garbo, been using it and ended up loving it since I hate how viper mini feels so lightweight.
You can use Tin Foil instead of the battery converter as well as taking the cover off if u use claw or fingertip. It lowers it to 75-78g
Taking the cover off feels really weird imo, may work for some people tho. The converter weighed 1.2 grams but I guess tinfoil is even lighter (and cheaper)
I got the K.DA edition via amazon last month for €30. For that price it is not bad.
Try the g305 without the cover. Endgame shape for me
Your aim is just built different!
bro I just looked up this mouse. mans just read my mind like one of those fortune teller machines
Look its me getting clipped 😎
Me too 🤬
Sup Stormie
@Vazzone krunker.io
Me too 🤬
The right click has malfunctioned anyone know what switch to replace it with? (Link)
kailh red 4
A double a lithium also works
The difference between it and a triple a plus adapter is about 2 grams
Yep
Probably the most entertaining mouse review ever xD
The g305 was my first mouse and I absolutely love the shape. The feet are pretty trash, but with the AAA it feels a little bit better with what you were saying with weight balance. After I tried the viper mini though I couldn’t go back to the g305 for gaming. It felt so weird to try some solid mouse feet for once. As of now, the viper mini is my competitive gaming mouse and the g305 is my productivity to casual gaming mouse
You can get corepads for ur g305 lol
I just ordered this mouse and not the gpro because i need the dpi button and the gpro doesnt have it :/ i heard it has mushy side buttons so now im worried how do they feel?
its horrible. open up the mouse and toothpick mod if you can
@@uwaa4467 i got it in the mail 2 days ago and honestly i love it but the side buttons are kinda mushy but good enough since i use them for reloading and zooming but the shooting buttons feel great and those are the ones that count
I love this mouse all it needs is mouse feet. And its competitive
Better take. Best price to get g305 at is 30 bucks, but I got it at 35 which was decent enough. Got x-ray pad skates for 7 bucks, aaa adapters for 7, and Aaa lithium batteries for about 10 so it comes out to about 60 bucks in the end
i think it's a pretty good mouse stock, it's ok, ive paid 36 euros for it and now its 47 euros so i think its a pretty good price
replacing my g305 feet after like 2 years of use, i ordered some corepads, do you know if i should keep the stock center pad on around the sensor and the dot pad at near the off/on switch?
i've heard that replacing those feet add a lot of friction
I replaced mine with core pads and changed the sensor ring and dot pad and it’s really great. No problems at all.
Does it really last for 2 years?
@@colin6711 of course if you take care of it . Double clicking will be an issue tho but switches can easily be replaced
budget... $70nzd on sale from $120nzd. that is expensive in my mind. im pretty happy with it though since upgrading from the logitech k270 wireless keyboard and mouse (m185). great battery life. use endurance for desktop and performance mode for gaming. when i first got my m185 it was tiny and i didnt much like it, but i owned it for 8 years and grew used to it, now the g305 feels uncomfortably big (even though its still regarded as a smallish mouse). but i will get used to it. its definitely heavier than the m185 was though. again, no big deal, i will get used to it.
Bro Boardzy is lowkey fucking insane in krunker
krunker video settings?
Hey Boardzy, what’s your hand measurement?
20x11
My G305 ÷ Energizer lithium AAA with aluminum foil ball = 81 grams ! Love it. For 40€ it's a solid choice.
"That might just be too damn solid for most people" best thing i have heard
