I can relate. Started my 50k training plan in November, then after 8 runs was out with a knee injury until the new year. Now I'm running whilst managing a pain in my foot.
    Phones are also evil.
    Kind regards,
    Mr. A. Randomer 😂

I can absolutely sympathise with that, I had an injury and it stopped me for years to be able to run and I started to get depressed. I wish you a speedy recovery and hopefully it all goes well! Cake is always a good cure 😊

Hi, I know how you are feeling. Fell over at the gym on my back with a barbell on my shoulder. First I couldn’t move. Now I can walk with some back pain and cycle upright. It’s torture not to run. My next ultra is in February and the goal thus year: west highland way race challenge end of May.
Yesterday I walked 20miles and walking is boring.
    Wish you a speedy recovery

Well done for staying motivated Mia, it’s always hard when injuries strike as we are never quite sure which way to deal with them, rest is usually the answer though - homeostasis is a wonderful thing if allowed to do it’s job.
    Really enjoying the videos 👍.

Good luck with the foot recovery. Phones are thieves of time and attention. I find changing the display to greyscale makes a huge difference and massively reduces the desire to interact with it.

On iPhone go to Settings- Accessibility - display and text size - colour filters - flip off

Cake cures a lot of things doesn't it.
Hope the injury clears up quickly and that you get back into the groove.
