Nice kit. Those 37mm were the same gun the P-39 had in the nose, and some were salvaged from P-39 wrecks and mounted to boats from Guadalcanal. They made so many mods to these boats, but i never saw rocket launchers, or are those flare launders?

Would this be a good candidate for adding motors and rc control?

David Bagshaw Not being an R/C guy I couldn't say. However by the size of the hull I would think so. Should be a pretty stable boat I would think.

Hello, there. How come I didn't get to see you assemble your P.T. boat? I don't mean to complain too much, but people of all ages and incomes watch your video and are going to wonder how much the model costs.

I am not trying to sound sarcastic here, but if you understood just how many models I dealt with back then (2014) and even today, you wouldn't ask why that question. Just in 2014 I probably received 1000+ sample kits. Could you build them all? :)
Also... these kits usually go out to people for further review or builds on our web sites. This one (if memory serves) did not find a home, so it didn't get built sadly.

It might take me 25 years to build 1,000 model kits.

Clickbait, never builds a supposed toy boat he claimed he bought
