Jabhi bhi aap exercise ya rehearse kar rahe hai tabhi koshish kijiyega ki aap daily basis par khud k limits ko push kar rahe ho, jitna aap khud push karoge challenges k liye utna hi aapka strength badhega aur stamina bhi increase hoga.
