    you ssved me, youre the only one who mentioned the divisible by two aspect, i thought whole number of pixels was enough. Thank you!

      I create at 1200 still doesn't reduce the chance so you still need to check

    For art licensing - I would need to send the layered file (with pattern motifs hanging off the edge to the client) - so - if there are white lines in the AI file at that point - do you have any suggestions ?

      I am so sorry it didn't solve the problem for you. Unfortunately it won't always work - it is just another tool in your toolbox of options.
