My mom used to sing this song in the car. I remember her voice sounding so wonderful, so soulful. Even when she would scream at me, even after the drugs, that is the memory I think about most often involving her. My mother has her faults, but I will always love her, even if she's forgotten that and won't believe me.
Lost my mom last year and she took me to my first concert which was halestorm, life was hard for both of us and we didn’t talk much after I went out on my own. When she passed we both knew how the other truly felt. Someday she’ll notice, maybe not today or even a month from now… but she will.
This song is too perfect for this world omg
And the music video to this gives me goosebumps everytime
And the lyrics is just a masterpiece

I saw them in 2010 opening for Avenged Sevenfold and Disturbed. They were epic and this song was by far the highlight of their set.

Love this song. Lzzy shines in the ballads as well as the hard driving rock songs. The lyrics are simple yet lucious and make you crave more.

It's a masterpiece as is, but I wish there were another version where she just goes full screamo with the lyrics like she does in some of her other songs. With what the songs about it would just throat punch you in the feels that much harder. Halestorm rocks🤘
Hard to imagine for me. My mom used to belt out this song, almost with the precision of an operatic singer. But oh God did she sound like the closest thing to heaven ever. She was a Janis Joplin impersonator in her 20s, and honestly it used to show back then. Her voice was unmatched in raw power
I could listen to all of these if it was not past midnight. At least I have a soundtrack for tomorrow.
